Level 13 Board Overview: The Mismatch Trap and Tunnel Blockade

Level 13 looks friendly and plays dirty. The moment the board loads you can see the problem: the colors sitting at the front of the Top Tray barely match anything the bottom Boxes are asking for. The colors that actually matter here are Yellow, Purple, Dark Blue, and Pink — and most of them are buried.

The Top Tray opens with four exposed blocks: Green, Light Blue, Pink, and Yellow. Behind them, the back row is sealed off by seven gray Mystery Boxes arranged in an inverted L. In the center of the board sits a Tunnel tile showing a countdown of 3.

The starting receiver Boxes want Dark Blue, Yellow, Yellow, and Purple. Count the matches: exactly one exposed block — the far-right Yellow — has somewhere legal to go. Everything else in the front row is bait.

The Trap in Marble Sort Level 13

The column order in the Top Tray is the whole puzzle. Here is how the board is rigged:

• Far-left column: Green up front, with Purple and then Yellow hidden behind it. The Green has no matching Box — touching it early is a mistake.
• Mid-left column: Light Blue blocks Dark Blue, and the Dark Blue is what your far-left receiver Box actually wants. The Light Blue also guards the Tunnel entrance.
• Mid-right column: Pink sits on top of Purple, which sits on top of Yellow. Only the Purple has a home right now.
• Far-right column: your lifeline — two Yellow blocks stacked over a Light Blue.

Since the Conveyor Belt has very limited room, every bait marble you drop stays there eating space. Flood it with Green, Light Blue, and Pink before the right Boxes cycle in and the run is over. The level wants you to panic-dump the front row. Instead, you extract the hidden Purple and Dark Blue surgically, and you use the belt strictly as short-term parking.

The Tunnel countdown makes this urgent in a good way: three successful clears pop it open and completely reshuffle what the board offers you.

Marble Sort Level 13 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

The opening moves are fixed. Do not freestyle them.

Opening: dig out the hidden matches

1. Tap the far-right Yellow block. It drops straight into a Yellow receiver Box.
2. A Purple Box slides up on the right. Now you need Purple.
3. Tap the mid-right Pink block and let it sit on the Conveyor Belt. This is a deliberate sacrifice — it uncovers the Purple underneath.
4. Tap the revealed Purple block into the Purple Box.
5. Tap the mid-left Light Blue block onto the belt. It has no Box yet, but it exposes the Dark Blue.
6. Tap the Dark Blue block into the far-left Dark Blue Box.

Mid-game: the Tunnel fires and the board opens up

Those clears tick the Tunnel countdown down to zero, and the board state flips. The Tunnel spits a fresh Pink block into the Top Tray, and a Pink receiver Box appears on the left at the same time — right when you already have Pink parked on the belt from step 3. Meanwhile the gray Mystery Boxes in the back row start flipping over: Dark Blue marbles on the left, Green on the right.

7. Tap the new Pink block from the Tunnel. It groups with your parked Pink marbles and fills the Pink Box.
8. Tap the Green block on the far left. A Green Box has cycled into the receiver slots by now — clear it.
9. Tap the Light Blue block at the back of the far-right column. It joins the Light Blue you parked in step 5 and clears the Light Blue Box.

Cleanup: sweep the revealed back rows

The belt has room to breathe again, the Tunnel is spent, and only the Mystery Box reveals remain.

10. Tap the Dark Blue marbles revealed on the top left into the waiting Dark Blue Box.
11. Tap the Green marbles revealed on the right into the final Green Box.
12. Drop the leftover Yellow and Purple blocks in any order — the belt is clear enough that nothing can go wrong now.

• Only tap a front-row block if it has an open Box or it uncovers one that does.
• Sacrifice plays are fine when the parked color is guaranteed a Box soon — Pink and Light Blue both were.
