Level 38 Board Overview: The Pyramid with Two Tunnels

Level 38 is a space-management exam. The Top Tray forms a jagged pyramid — wide at the front, narrow at the peak — and the whole upper cap is Hidden Boxes you cannot read. The colors doing the heavy lifting are Cyan, Black, Orange, and Red, and two blue Tunnels numbered ‘3’ guard the flanks: one on the left side, one tucked behind the front Orange on the middle-right.

The front row holds four big clusters: Cyan far left, Black middle-left, Orange middle-right, Red far right. Directly behind them sits a second rank — Red behind Cyan, Brown behind Black, White behind Orange, and another Orange behind the front Red.

Your starting receiver Boxes are unusually specific: two Red Boxes on the left, one Cyan, and one Black on the right. Read that list twice. Something in the front row has no home at all.

The Trap in Marble Sort Level 38

The column-by-column breakdown:

• Far left: Cyan in front, Red behind. Only one Cyan Box exists up front, so part of this cluster will park on the belt — but clearing it frees the Red behind.
• Middle-left: Black over Brown. Black has a Box waiting; Brown is a mid-game color.
• Middle-right: the front Orange is pure bait. Zero Orange Boxes sit in the active row — the Orange Boxes are buried in rows two and three. Tapping it first floods the belt with a huge cluster of dead marbles.
• Far right: Red over Orange. The Red is your safest opening because two Red Boxes are ready to swallow it.

Block size is the hidden pressure here. Every tap drops multiple marbles, and whatever the Boxes cannot catch stays on the Conveyor Belt. One careless cluster — especially that Orange — and the belt is jammed before the Tunnels even enter the picture. The two ‘3’ Tunnels also hold back colors you will need late, so you cannot finish the level without cracking both.

Marble Sort Level 38 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Discipline beats speed here. Work the edges and ignore the center bait.

Opening: work the edges, skip the Orange

1. Tap the front Red cluster on the far right. The two Red Boxes absorb nearly all of it, keeping the belt clean.
2. Tap the front Black cluster in the middle-left. It feeds straight into the Black Box on the right.
3. Tap the front Cyan cluster on the far left. One Cyan Box catches part of it; the stragglers park on the belt. Worth it — the Red block behind is now exposed.
4. Do not touch the front Orange. Leave it sitting there.
5. Tap the newly exposed Red block on the left. It mops up the remaining Red Boxes and starts the receiver rows cycling backward.

Mid-game: count down both Tunnels

With the first wave gone, the Tunnels become the engine of the board.

6. Tap the blocks sitting directly in front of each Tunnel entrance to start their countdowns.
7. As front blocks fall, the Hidden Boxes at the peak flip over — expect Purple, Grey, White, and dark Red reveals.
8. Match the revealed White and Brown blocks from the Top Tray as their Boxes rotate into the active row.
9. When the left Tunnel spits out a Purple block, check the receivers first. No Purple Box active? Leave it parked at the Tunnel exit.

Endgame: survive the Hidden Box cascade

Your belt is holding leftovers now, so every tap has to earn its space.

10. Prioritize whichever receiver Box matches the marbles currently stuck on your belt — dig for that color below.
11. Drop the remaining peak Hidden Boxes only when the belt is at least half empty, one at a time.
12. Flush both Tunnels to zero, then feed the last Grey and Black blocks from the peak into the final Boxes. Tap slowly at the very end so a cycling Box never catches the wrong color.
