Marble Sort Level 88 Walkthrough & Solution

Level 88 Board Overview: The 32-Panel and the Double Lock

Marble Sort level 88 opening board — The 32-Panel and the Double Lock

Level 88 puts a giant Panel numbered 32 dead center in the Top Tray, and the middle of the board is off-limits until it breaks. Under the Panel, two chains bar the center — a Purple Lock on top, a Yellow Lock below. You play this level on the flanks.

The left column stacks Dark Green, Blue, White, a Pink block carrying the Yellow Key, Bright Green, and a textured Orange box at the bottom. The right column stacks Dark Green, Black, an Orange block carrying the Purple Key, Cyan, Black, and a textured Purple box at the bottom.

Your front-row bottom Boxes want Bright Green, Black, Purple, and Purple, with White, Pink, Black, and Cyan queued behind. Notice what is missing: Dark Green. Those corner blocks at the top of both columns have no Box anywhere in the early cycle.

The Trap in Marble Sort Level 88

  • The Dark Green corners are pure bait. They sit at the most tappable spots on the board and match nothing. Drop one and it rots on your Conveyor Belt while you scramble for the Bright Greens and Blacks you actually need.
  • The keys are buried mid-column. The Yellow Key hides under White on the left; the Purple Key hides under Cyan on the right. You cannot rush them — each requires its column to be peeled from the bottom up.
  • Thirty-two is a long count. The Panel only shatters after a marathon of clears, so every tap must serve the front row of Boxes. Random side-column pulls jam the belt long before the center opens.
  • The chains outlive the Panel. Even when the counter breaks, the center stays hostage until both locks are smashed with their keys.

Marble Sort Level 88 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Bottom-up on both sides. No exceptions.

Opening: feed the front row, dodge the bait

Marble Sort level 88 mid-solve board

  1. Pull the Bright Green marbles from the left column into the first bottom Box.
  2. Drop the lower Black marbles from the right column into the second Box.
  3. Keep hands off the Dark Green corners. Completely.
  4. When the Bright Green Box clears, a White Box slides forward — pull the White marbles from the left column.
  5. Clearing White exposes the Pink block holding the Yellow Key. Drop it the moment a Pink Box reaches the front row.
  6. Watch for a Cyan Box and pull the Cyan from the right column, uncovering the Orange block with the Purple Key.

Mid-game: break both locks

  1. Send the right column’s Orange block into an Orange Box. The Purple Key fires and the top chain shatters.
  2. Send the left column’s Pink key block into a Pink Box. The Yellow Key fires and the bottom chain breaks.
  3. Keep feeding Boxes until the 32 counter runs out and the Panel shatters. The center floods open with Blue, White, Pink, Light Blue, and Purple.
  4. The bottom Boxes shift hard — expect Brown and Bright Green up front. Pull from the newly opened center first to fill the waiting Blue and White Boxes instead of returning to the sides.

Cleanup: flush the leftovers

  1. Clear the Brown Boxes with Brown marbles from the revealed center as soon as they appear.
  2. Drop the textured Orange and Purple boxes at the base of the side columns only when their exact colors rotate to the front.
  3. Now — finally — release the Dark Greens from the top corners. Their Boxes show up at the tail end of the cycle.
  4. Sweep the last Blue and Purple stragglers from the center tray, keep the belt short, and the board empties.

Level 88 Tips Recap

  • If a color has no Box in the early cycle, it does not exist — the Dark Greens are furniture until the endgame.
  • Peel each side column from the bottom; the keys only surface in sequence.
  • After the Panel breaks, play the center first. The side columns can wait.
