Level 18 Board Overview: The Gray Wall and the Twin Panels

Level 18 hits you with a wall of gray. Almost the whole Top Tray is Mystery Boxes, and sitting in the middle of them are two Panels, each asking for 4 clears before they open the upper half of the board.

Your only real playground at the start is a thin strip below the Panels: one Light Blue, one White, and one Green marble, resting on three fat 9-marble blocks in Green, Light Blue, and Yellow.

The receiver Boxes at the bottom want, left to right: Dark Blue, Light Blue, Green, Green. Do the math and the problem is obvious — Dark Blue is nowhere on the visible board. It only exists inside the Mystery Boxes. The Green and Light Blue you need are right there in the open, but the Yellow giant underneath them is bait with no Box to catch it.

The Trap in Marble Sort Level 18

Every layer of this board is designed to clog your Conveyor Belt. Here is the breakdown:

• The Mystery Box wall: shaped like a fat hexagon, it hides everything that matters. Dark Blue is in there, but so are Orange, Pink, and White — colors with no active Box. Every wrong flip dumps junk on your belt.
• The twin Panels: the countdown of 4 sounds generous, but it forces you to clear Boxes fast, which pressures you into grabbing whatever is exposed. That is exactly the wrong instinct.
• The 9-marble Yellow block: big, bright, and completely untouchable. The Yellow Boxes are buried behind Dark Blue and Green. Drop nine Yellow marbles now and your belt is done.
• The front-row mismatch: three of the four receiver Boxes want colors you can see; the fourth wants a color that does not exist yet. You have to earn it by opening the wall, one careful tap at a time.

The run dies when you flip Mystery Boxes out of curiosity. Keep at least three belt slots free at all times or the Panel phase will bury you.

Marble Sort Level 18 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

One job at the start: bank 4 Box clears to pop the Panels. Nothing else matters yet.

Opening: clear the front row and hunt Dark Blue

1. Tap the visible Light Blue marbles at the bottom center of the Top Tray. They fill the second column’s Box.
2. Tap the visible Green marbles sitting right beside them. Feed both Green Boxes in columns three and four.
3. That is two clears. Now start flipping the outermost Mystery Boxes along the left edge of the grid — you are fishing for Dark Blue to clear the far-left Box.
4. Leave the 9-marble Yellow block alone. No exceptions.
5. When Orange or White marbles pop out of the wall with nowhere to go, park a couple on the Conveyor Belt if you must — but never let free space drop below three slots.

Mid-game: the Panels drop and Yellow goes live

The fourth clear zeros both Panels and the board flips open. More Mystery Boxes resolve into playable marbles — expect a wave of White, Dark Blue, and Orange up top. The receiver row cycles too: Yellow, Green, Pink, and Light Blue is the typical new front line.

6. Finally tap that 9-marble Yellow block in the lower right. With a Yellow Box active, the whole stack drains in one move.
7. Look at your belt. Anything parked there that matches the new front row — White, Pink, whatever — send it home now and reclaim the space.

Cleanup: work the heavy stacks in order

The Mystery Boxes are mostly resolved, but a late jam is still very possible if you get greedy.

8. Push Green first. The middle receiver layers are stacked with Green Boxes, so feed every Green marble still sitting in the upper half.
9. Hold Orange until an Orange Box is fully unblocked — Orange is concentrated in the top of the old wall and floods the belt if you jump the gun.
10. When Green Boxes line up again in columns three and four, drop the 9-marble Green block in the center to wipe them out in one shot. Keep the belt lean and the rest of the board collapses on its own.
