Level 39 Board Overview: The L-Shape You Cannot Fully See

Level 39 runs on missing information. The board is an L-shaped stack dominated by Red, Yellow, and Brown, but the pieces that decide the endgame are hidden — two Tunnels numbered ‘3’ on the outer edges (one midway up the far left, one in the top-right corner) and five gray Mystery Boxes plugging the center. You play this level front-to-back because the back literally does not exist yet.

The front receiver row sets your opening agenda: Red, Brown, Orange, and a second Brown. Meanwhile the front edge of the Top Tray offers Brown, Light Blue, Purple, and a double stack of Yellow on the right wing.

Spot the mismatch. The Red Box wants marbles that are buried two rows deep. The Orange Box wants a block trapped behind that double Yellow. Nothing lines up cleanly — you will have to park marbles on the Conveyor Belt to dig out what the Boxes actually want.

The Trap in Marble Sort Level 39

• Front-left Brown: the honest opening tap. It feeds a front-row Box directly.
• Light Blue and Purple in the front center: dead ends. Neither has a Box anywhere near the active row — tapping them bricks your belt.
• Double Yellow on the right: looks like free points, and that is the bait. The Yellow Box is stuck in receiver row two, directly behind a Brown Box. Yellow only becomes playable after the right-side Brown clears.
• The center Mystery Boxes: they are physical roadblocks. You have to remove the exposed Red and Green blocks around them to force the reveals.

The belt is your waiting room, and it has limited seats. Every color you park must have a Box arriving soon — Yellow qualifies, Light Blue and Purple do not. On top of that, the two Tunnels hold six unrevealed clusters, so the late game keeps dealing you cards you cannot plan around.

Marble Sort Level 39 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Sacrifice a little belt space early to buy access. That trade is the whole level.

Opening: clear the Browns, then cash in the Yellows

1. Tap the front-left Brown block into its front-row Box.
2. Tap the front-right Brown block. That empties the second Brown Box — and the Yellow Box directly behind it slides into the active row.
3. Tap both Yellow blocks from the right wing, sending them down to the belt.
4. The now-active Yellow Box vacuums them up immediately. Belt space refunded.
5. With the right wing open, tap the exposed Orange block into the front-row Orange Box.

Mid-game: force the Mystery Box reveals

Clearing Brown and Orange shifts the whole lower tray. The stubborn front-left Red Box is your next target.

6. Tap the exposed Red marbles in the middle-left of the Top Tray — they were hiding just behind the original front line.
7. The Red Box clears and pulls a Green Box into play. Tap the exposed Green block in the center.
8. With Green gone, the center Mystery Boxes flip. They usually show Red or Light Blue — tap those only if the matching Box is active. If one reveals Purple, leave it. The Purple Boxes sit deep on the right side.

Endgame: time the Tunnel drops

Both ‘3’ Tunnels are live now, and this is where runs fall apart.

9. The left Tunnel drops a Light Blue block — confirm the Light Blue Box has rotated forward before you pull it.
10. The right Tunnel deals a mix of Red, Light Blue, and Purple. Take Red first; the receivers favor it through the late game.
11. Leave Purple in the Tunnel until the very end. Pulled early, it squats on your belt for the rest of the run and invites a game-over jam.
12. Sweep the final Light Blue and Orange stragglers to close out the board.

Level 39 Tips Recap

• Parking is fine when the Box is guaranteed — the double Yellow is the textbook example.
• Never tap front-row Light Blue or Purple early; their Boxes are buried too deep.
• Purple is the last color you touch. Tunnel or tray, it waits until the end.
