Marble Sort Level 68 Walkthrough & Solution

Level 68 Board Overview: One Hand Tied Behind Your Back

Marble Sort level 68 opening board — One Hand Tied Behind Your Back

Level 68 makes you play with half a board. A huge Panel stamped “16” seals the top-right of the tray, and two Tunnels marked “3” guard the right edges. Sixteen Box clears stand between you and whatever hides behind that plate.

Your opening palette is Dark Green, Dark Blue, and Red. The left side of the tray is one tall vertical file — Red, Purple, Dark Grey, Orange, Dark Green, Bright Blue stacked single-file — sitting over a heavy bottom row of 9-marble clusters: Light Blue, Dark Green, and Brown.

The starting receiver Boxes ask for Dark Green, Red, Dark Green, and Dark Blue, left to right. Two of the four want the same color, and the tray happens to offer a giant Dark Green cluster up front. That generosity is the hook.

The Trap in Marble Sort Level 68

The trap is everything that feels productive but isn’t.

  • The big clusters are landmines. Dumping the 9-marble Light Blue or Brown clusters before their Boxes exist fills your belt with nine squatters. There is no recovering from that.
  • Mystery Boxes lurk right behind the front row. Clear the Red Box in column two or the Dark Green Box in column three and a grey Mystery Box flips up demanding who-knows-what. Tap blind after that and you’re sunk.
  • Orange is a long con. The vertical column is stuffed with Orange, and Orange Boxes exist — but they’re buried in the back rows. Every Orange you pull early is belt pollution.
  • The vertical file is a minefield. Digging through it for one color means parking Purple and Dark Grey on the belt. Dig only when the target color has a live Box.

The correct posture for the first half is surgical: tap exactly what the front row asks for, nothing more.

Marble Sort Level 68 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Opening: clear the front line cleanly

Marble Sort level 68 mid-solve board

  1. Tap the giant Dark Green cluster at the tray’s bottom center. It floods the belt with green and instantly fills both Dark Green Boxes in columns 1 and 3.
  2. Column 4 is a tall stack of Dark Blue Boxes. Pull the Bright Blue marbles from the left side and start feeding it — keep feeding whenever blue shows.
  3. Drop the Red marble from the very top-left of the tray into the Red Box in column 2.
  4. Two Mystery Boxes just flipped up in columns 2 and 3. Stop. Do not touch the Brown or Light Blue clusters until you know the mystery colors.
  5. Pull single marbles from the left vertical column only when they match a revealed Box. Orange stays untouched.

Mid-game: the 16-clear grind

  1. Work the Tunnels. Whenever a Tunnel’s front marble matches a live Box, tap it and let the “3” countdown tick.
  2. You’ll have to park Dark Grey, Brown, or Light Pink on the belt to reach colors behind them. Fine — but never let the belt pass about 70% full.
  3. Prioritize the back-to-back Mystery Boxes hiding in column 1. Every clear is another notch off the Panel’s 16.
  4. The moment a Light Blue Box goes active, dump the whole Light Blue cluster. Nine marbles gone, huge tray space freed, one easy clear banked.

Endgame: the right side wakes up

  1. The Panel shatters and the top-right floods with Bright Pink, Cyan, Yellow, and fresh Orange and Purple clusters.
  2. Columns 3 and 4 now want Cyan, Light Pink, and Yellow. Match the newly freed marbles straight into them.
  3. Save the Orange dump for last. The Orange Boxes you ignored are finally exposed at the bottoms of columns 1, 2, and 3 — drop the big Orange cluster through and sweep them all in one motion.

Level 68 Tips Recap

  • The 9-marble clusters are finishers, not openers — never drop one without its Box on screen.
  • A Mystery Box flip is a stop sign: read the new demand before your next tap.
  • Orange goes last. The level is built around you not learning that the hard way.
