Marble Sort Level 22 Walkthrough & Solution

Level 22 Board Overview: The Locked Panel and the Brown Decoys

Marble Sort level 22 opening board — The Locked Panel and the Brown Decoys

Level 22 opens with a pyramid of trouble. The Top Tray is stacked into a wedge shape, and dead center sits a Panel stamped with a 3 — it seals off the entire upper half of the board until you land three full Box clears. Gray Mystery Boxes ring the whole thing, so your late-game colors are anyone’s guess.

The exposed front line, left to right, is: Brown, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Brown, Dark Blue.

Your receiver Boxes want Pink on the far left, two Dark Blues in the middle, and Light Blue on the right. Read those two lines together and the trap announces itself: Brown appears twice up top and zero times down below. The opening is really about Pink, Dark Blue, and Light Blue — the Browns are just furniture that wants to be touched.

The Trap in Marble Sort Level 22

Every piece of this layout pushes you toward a jammed Conveyor Belt.

  • The Brown blocks (columns 1 and 4): no Brown Box exists in the front row, and none is coming soon. Each Brown you drop is a permanent belt squatter until the endgame.
  • The receiver stacks: behind the front-left Pink Box hides an Orange Box. Behind the two middle Dark Blue Boxes sit a Pink and a Light Blue. Behind the right Light Blue Box waits another Orange. You have to clear in the board’s order, not yours.
  • The central Panel: it eats three clears before it vanishes. Only then do the upper rows and the Mystery Boxes become playable.

So the level’s real question is not “what can I tap?” but “which three clears do I spend on the Panel?” The front row hands you exactly the right set — if you ignore the decoys.

Marble Sort Level 22 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Pull colors in this order and the belt never clogs.

Opening: three clears, zero Browns

Marble Sort level 22 mid-solve board

  1. Leave both Brown blocks untouched. They are bait, full stop.
  2. Tap the Light Blue block in column 2 into the far-right Light Blue Box.
  3. Tap the Dark Blue blocks in columns 3 and 5 into the two middle Dark Blue Boxes.
  4. Clearing column 2 just exposed a Pink block. Drop it into the front-left Pink Box.
  5. That is three clears — the Panel counter starts falling. The middle Dark Blue clear also uncovered an Orange block; hold it for a moment while the receivers rotate to show Pink, Light Blue, and Orange.

Mid-game: the Panel breaks and the palette shifts

  1. The Panel hits zero and disappears, opening the upper middle of the Top Tray and waking up the Mystery Boxes around it.
  2. The receiver row now leans hard into Orange and Purple. Tap the Orange block you exposed earlier into the fresh Orange Box.
  3. Dig into the far-left side of the Top Tray to uncover the Purple block, then route it into the new Purple Box.
  4. From here on, tap nothing unless you can see its matching Box in the active front row. The newly exposed upper board makes panic-tapping very tempting.

Cleanup: one Mystery Box at a time

  1. Pop the Mystery Boxes singly — tap one, watch the color that lands, sort it, then decide on the next.
  2. If a reveal gives you a color with no open Box, stop tapping and work your active Orange and Purple lines until new Boxes rotate forward.
  3. When a Brown Box finally appears in the front row, go back and free those two Brown blocks from the corners that have been waiting since move one.
  4. Sweep the last Green and Brown stragglers, front to back, and the board is yours.

Level 22 Tips Recap

  • Brown is a late-game color wearing an early-game costume. Do not bite.
  • The Panel wants three clears, and the front row provides exactly three safe ones — Light Blue, two Dark Blues, then Pink.
  • Mystery Boxes are a slot machine: play them one pull at a time, never in a burst.
