Level 3 Board Overview: The Pink Bait in the Middle

Four colors on the table — Yellow, Pink, Light Blue, and Purple — packed into a neat 3x3 Top Tray. Neat is a lie. That tidy square is built to make you tap the worst block first.

The front row is Yellow, Pink, Yellow. The middle row is Light Blue, Purple, Light Blue. The back row copies the front: Yellow, Pink, Yellow. Symmetry everywhere, and the biggest, most tempting cluster is that Pink sitting dead center up front.

Down below, four deep columns of Boxes. Three of the four front Boxes want Yellow, one wants Light Blue — and not a single one wants Pink. The Pink Boxes exist, but they’re buried: a double stack hiding in column two, another at the bottom of column one.

The Trap in Marble Sort Level 3

One tap can lose this level, and it’s the tap the board is begging you to make.

• Front corners: both Yellow, both with open Yellow Boxes waiting. These are your real first moves.
• Front center: Pink with nowhere to go. Drop it and it camps on the Conveyor Belt eating space while you try to dig a Pink Box out of the columns. You’ll run out of room before you get there.
• Middle row: Light Blue, Purple, Light Blue — the Purple matches the Box hiding under column one’s Yellow, and the Light Blues match what’s coming in columns three and four.
• Back row: Yellow, Pink, Yellow again, safe to ignore until the tray thins out.

The rule here is simple: play the edges, starve the center. The Pink only moves once a Pink Box is actually showing.

Marble Sort Level 3 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Corners first, center last. Follow the order.

Opening: take the corners, leave the Pink

1. Tap the front-left Yellow cluster into an open Yellow Box.
2. Tap the front-right Yellow cluster. Two of the three front Yellow Boxes clear, and the lower board shifts.
3. Do not touch the front-center Pink. It stays put for now — that’s the whole game.

Mid-game: gut the middle row

4. Column one now shows a Purple Box under where its Yellow was, and column four shows Light Blue. The middle row’s flanks are exposed too.
5. Tap the middle-row Purple cluster. It drops straight into that fresh Purple Box on the left.
6. Tap the middle-row Light Blue clusters. They feed the open Light Blue Boxes in columns three and four. Belt’s clean, board’s wide open.

Cleanup: the Pink finally gets to play

7. Column two has pushed its Pink Boxes to the front. Now tap that front-center Pink cluster — it clears instantly instead of parking.
8. Work the back row: send the remaining Yellows into the Yellow Box buried in column three.
9. Drop the last Pink clusters into the leftover Pink Boxes in columns one and two.
10. Sweep whatever’s left. As long as every release has a visible matching Box, you can’t lose from here.
