Level 74 Board Overview: The U-Shape With a Doubler in the Middle

Level 74 builds the Top Tray like a horseshoe. Two tall towers anchor the far left and far right, and the middle dips low, hanging directly over an x2 Multiplier Gate. That geometry is the whole level: anything released from the two center columns falls through the gate and doubles, whether you wanted it to or not.

The board is heavy on Green, Orange, White, and Pink. Each tower hides a Tunnel stamped with a 4 — four hidden layers of marbles you can’t see and can’t reach until the blocks under the chutes are gone. Below the left Tunnel sit Dark Blue and Dark Red blocks; below the right one, Dark Blue and Light Pink.

Your opening receiver Boxes want White, Orange, Brown, and Bright Green. Scan the bottom lip of the tray: a Light Pink on the lower left, a Dark Green hugging the gate, a Purple and a White on the lower right. Of those, only the White has a live Box. The other three are bait wearing a friendly face.

Column by column, here’s the design intent:

• Bottom-right corner: the White block is your one safe opener. The Purple beside it looks equally reachable — it isn’t, its Box is nowhere in the first wave.
• Bottom-left corner: the Light Pink is scheduled bait. It becomes legal later, but tapping it now parks a dead color on the belt.
• Center columns: Yellow and Dark Red hover over the gate. Drop one early and the doubler floods your belt with marbles no Box wants. Instant jam territory.
• Both towers: the Dark Blue blocks guarding the Tunnels are shared keys — each one you clear brings a Tunnel closer to opening, but only once Dark Blue Boxes start cycling.

The level punishes greed. Every block you touch should either fill an active Box or expose one that does.

Marble Sort Level 74 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Stay surgical. The opener is fixed, and the center stays frozen until the board gives you permission.

Phase one: clear the frontline without touching the gate

1. Tap the bottom-right White block into the White Box.
2. Pull the Orange block from the top row on the left, next to the Green one.
3. Tap the stacked Brown blocks in the lower right-middle of the tray — safely away from the gate.
4. Collect the Bright Green blocks near the top right and lower middle-right to finish the fourth Box.
5. Hands off the center. Yellow and Dark Red stay parked until their Boxes appear.

Phase two: release the towers and weaponize the gate

The next receiver wave brings Light Pink, Magenta, Light Blue, and Purple. Now the towers become your job.

6. Tap the bottom-left Light Pink block — the bait from earlier is legal now.
7. As soon as a Dark Blue Box shows, clear the Dark Blue blocks under both Tunnels to free the chutes.
8. When a Pink or Magenta Box is active, drop a Pink block through the Multiplier Gate on purpose. Doubled marbles fill the Box in half the taps.
9. Watch the Tunnel mouths. Each one you unblock starts spitting hidden layers — check every reveal against the live Boxes immediately.

Phase three: survive the squeeze

10. Whenever a Tunnel reveals a color with a matching Box, clear it before anything else. Empty towers mean full information.
11. Count belt slots before any gate drop. Fewer than four free slots? Do not double anything.
12. Finish with the bottom-right Purple block once the Purple Box cycles forward, then sweep what the Tunnels leave behind.
