Level 137 Board Overview: The U-Shape and the Buried Purple

Level 137 greets you with a big, symmetrical U-shaped board, and the symmetry is a lie. The Top Tray is split by a deep central gap, the colors look plentiful — Pink, Yellow, Orange, Brown, Light Blue — and yet almost nothing you need is where you can reach it.

Four Arrow Boxes sit at the bottom of the outer columns, all pointing upward: Green on the far left, Pink on the inner left, Orange on the inner right, Blue on the far right. Upward arrows only fire once the marbles stacked on top of them are gone, so treat them as endgame tools, not openers.

The bottom Boxes are the real story. You start with four active receivers: Pink, Brown, Yellow, and Purple. Now hunt for Purple in the Top Tray — it is sitting at the very bottom of the central recess, under Orange and Brown marbles, under two blue Tunnels that each hold four hidden marbles. That Purple Box is a paperweight for the entire first half of the level. Plan around it.

The Trap in Marble Sort Level 137

Each column is layered to feed you the wrong color first:

• Far-left column: Pink on top, then Brown, then Light Blue, capped by a numbered Pink box. Only the Pink has an open Box — the rest is belt filler if you tap it early.
• Inner-left column: Yellow, Blue, Orange, White, and another numbered Pink cap. The Yellow is your friend; everything under it has to wait.
• Inner-right column: Yellow over Light Blue over Orange. Again, only the Yellow is immediately playable.
• Far-right column: Light Blue, Brown, Light Green, Pink, and a numbered cap. The Brown is buried one layer deep.
• Center recess: two Tunnels marked 4, sitting on Orange and Brown marbles, which sit on textured Purple and Blue blocks. This stack is locked until the mid-game.

The trap is Conveyor Belt starvation. If you start peeling columns from the top without checking receivers, the belt fills with Blue, White, and Light Green marbles that have nowhere to go. Meanwhile the two stacks that end in Mystery Boxes — stack one behind the Pink, stack four behind the Purple — mean you cannot even see your future targets.

Play front to back and leave the center recess completely alone at the start.

Opening: work the left and middle stacks

1. Tap the Yellow marbles from the inner-left and inner-right columns into the Yellow receivers in stacks two and three.
2. Tap the Brown marbles — far-left column, then far-right column — into the Brown Box in stack two.
3. Tap the exposed Pink on the far left. It drops onto the belt and feeds the active Pink Box in stack one.
4. Do not touch the Orange and Brown marbles sitting under the Tunnels. They have no active receivers yet and will only choke your belt.
5. Keep shaving the outer columns downward. Once the marbles above the Pink and Orange Arrow Boxes are gone, those arrows fire and shift the whole board state.

Mid-game: Mystery Boxes flip, center opens up

Clearing the first receivers flips the Mystery Boxes in the lower stacks — expect Light Blue and White to show up — and suddenly the center recess is playable.

6. Drop the Orange and Brown marbles from beneath the Tunnels into their newly revealed Boxes.
7. Tap the textured Purple marbles at the bottom of the recess the moment they are exposed. This finally clears that far-right Purple Box that has been dead weight since the first tap.
8. The Tunnels now activate, spitting out four marbles each. Only pull a Tunnel marble when a matching bottom Box is already open — never speculatively.
9. Keep peeling the far-left and far-right columns to bring down the numbered Pink caps at the top corners.

Cleanup: route the Tunnel flood

10. The last Mystery Boxes in stacks one and four flip over. Feed the Tunnel output into them as colors line up.
11. When belt space gets tight, finish a nearly-full Box instead of starting two new ones — a cleared Box cycles in a fresh receiver and can rescue a cramped run.
12. Clear the leftover Green and Blue marbles hiding behind the Arrow Boxes at the bottom corners to close out the level.
