Level 154 Board Overview: A Board Full of Secrets

Level 154 is a mystery-box stage, and it starts by hiding almost everything. The top of the board is a wall of receiver boxes, but most of them sit under gray ”?” tiles at the opening — you cannot see what color they want until they reveal themselves. A handful of other boxes are locked and carry a key icon; they stay sealed until you collect the matching keys. The full shape of the grid is invisible at the start, which is the whole challenge.

Below the grid is a five-column tray that holds your working marbles. The opening mix is broad — Red, Green, Light Blue, Yellow, Purple, Orange, Light Pink, and Dark Pink — and a conveyor above the tray never stops feeding. The early queue dumps long single-color runs: a string of Reds followed by Purples on one feed, heavy Green followed by Pink on the other. If the tray is full when those runs arrive, the spout has nowhere to drop and the level stalls.

The grid only takes shape as you play. Yellow, Light Blue, and Purple boxes reveal and fill early; the midgame opens Orange, Red, and Green. By the end every ”?” is gone, and the last two boxes to complete are the Purple box and the Yellow box closest to the conveyor.

• The whole grid is hidden. Nearly every box starts as a ”?” tile, so you are always feeding colors into the unknown. Commit too early and you discover you fed the wrong box.
• Locked boxes eat your keys. Key-locked slots — Orange, Red, Green, and Yellow among them — sit in the middle rows of the grid. Until you free them, entire sections of the board are dead weight.
• The conveyor floods by color. Long runs of one color (Reds first, then Greens and Pinks) arrive whether or not the matching box is open. If that color has no home yet, you are forced to park it in the tray.
• The tray jams fast. Five short columns give you little parking space. Parking colors with no revealed box blocks the spout and stops new marbles from dropping.

The level is a race between the conveyor and the grid. Reveal, unlock, then feed.

Opening: reveal before you feed

1. Start by revealing the ”?” tiles in the back of the grid — the boxes farthest from the conveyor are the first ones worth knowing.
2. Clear the Reds and Greens that lead the conveyor as soon as their boxes appear; these are your safest early drops.
3. Drop Light Blue and Yellow marbles whenever their boxes reveal — both colors are plentiful in the opening tray.
4. Always keep at least one tray column empty so the spout has a landing spot when the next run drops.
5. Hold off on Orange, Dark Pink, and Purple for now — their boxes are locked or hidden, and parking them early jams the tray.

Midgame: unlock and pace

6. Collect keys as they appear and unlock the keyed boxes — the Orange, Red, Green, and Yellow slots in the middle rows. This is what opens the rest of the grid.
7. Feed the conveyor in queue order: work through the remaining Reds, then the Greens and Pinks before starting anything new.
8. Use the revealed Purple box early to drain the Purples off the feed, freeing tray space.
9. When a long run of one color is coming down the queue, empty your tray of everything else first so the run has room.
10. Never park a color in the tray unless its box is already revealed and reachable.

Endgame: close the front row

11. With the grid fully revealed, fill from the back rows forward — the boxes farthest from the conveyor complete first, and the front row waits.
12. Finish the remaining mid-grid boxes, then fill the Yellow box nearest the conveyor.
13. Drop the final Purples last: the Purple box closest to the conveyor is the last receiver to complete, and the level clears when it fills.
