Marble Sort Level 349 Walkthrough & Solution

Level 349 Board Overview: The Mystery-Locked Tray

Marble Sort level 349 opening board — The Mystery-Locked Tray

Level 349 opens with both flanks of the tray boxed off. A wall of grey ’?’ mystery crates seals the left side of the board, and more crates stack up along the right, with a single locked crate sitting in the middle of the mess waiting for its key. Between the two walls the visible play area is thin pickings: scattered Orange, Pink, Yellow, Green, Purple, and Blue marbles in single slots, with empty gaps where whole runs of marbles are still hidden.

Below the tray, the receiver tubes stand ready to be filled. The opening frame shows them waiting in Red, Pink, Orange, Green, Blue, and Yellow order, and that lineup is the puzzle’s cruel joke — not one Red and not one Green marble is visible anywhere on the opening board. Their tubes sit empty at the bottom while their marbles hide inside the crates, which means the colors you need most are exactly the ones you cannot touch yet.

The conveyor underneath is already loaded and it is mixed news. The front of the queue shows Yellow, Purple, Orange, and Green — some of those match open tubes, but Purple and the stray Light Blue marbles riding the tray have no home in the opening lineup. Everything about the start comes down to one rule: only feed a color whose tube is actually waiting for it.

The Trap in Marble Sort Level 349

The board is rigged to make you dump marbles into tubes that cannot take them. Here is the layout:

  • A wall of ’?’ crates seals the left tray, with more crates on the right: until the crates start falling, you cannot see or reach the Red and Green marbles that the bottom tubes are asking for. Every early reveal is a gamble.
  • A locked crate sits in the middle of the wall: it stays sealed until its key shows up beside it, and everything stacked behind it stays locked with it. You cannot brute-force it — you have to wait for the key.
  • Red and Green have tubes but zero marbles in the open: the reverse bait. Their receivers stand empty in the bottom row while every visible marble is another color, so chasing them early just wastes taps on crates that have not revealed yet.
  • Purple and Light Blue ride the tray with no tube in the opening lineup: they look harmless sitting on top of useful stacks, but dropping one onto the belt buries a tube you still need for a color that is actually open.

Marble Sort Level 349 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Feed only what the tubes are asking for. Follow the release order.

Opening: clear the visible slots

Marble Sort level 349 mid-solve board

  1. Start with the visible marbles whose tubes already stand in the bottom row — the Orange, Pink, and Yellow singles on the tray drop straight into their receivers.
  2. Match the lone Blue the same way; Blue has an open tube at the start, so it is a completely safe early tap.
  3. Leave the Purple and Light Blue marbles alone. No tube in the opening lineup takes them, and parking one on the belt only blocks a color you can actually place.
  4. Peel one ’?’ crate at a time from the walls. If the reveal matches an open tube, drop it; if it is a Red or a Green, note it and wait — their marbles are still buried deep.
  5. Take the queue in order: Yellow and Orange at the front are safe whenever their tubes are showing. Let the Purple and the Green ride the belt until their turn comes.
  6. Do not touch the locked crate until the key appears beside it. It opens mid-run on its own schedule, and tapping it early wastes the only release that cracks the center.

Midgame: unlock the crates

By the middle of the solve the crate walls are coming apart. The left block has thinned out, the key has unlocked the center crate, and the Green marbles finally start appearing — the mid-solve frame shows the belt carrying Green, Orange, Yellow, Pink, and Blue, with another batch of Yellow feeding down from the funnel.

  1. Feed the Green reveals the moment they surface; Green has waited in its tube all game, so every green marble that drops is progress with no risk.
  2. Bank the unlocked-crate reveal carefully — it tends to hold a run of one color, and a full run finishes a tube in a single pass.
  3. Catch the Yellow stream from the funnel in batches; Yellow keeps arriving from above, so keep its tube clear between drops.
  4. Play the Pink and Blue queue marbles as they come, matching them to their bottom tubes — the mid-solve belt runs them in short runs, so clear them while they are in front.
  5. Red is still nowhere to be seen at this stage. Leave its tube standing empty and do not panic; the Reds are saved for the finish of the run.

Cleanup: drain the belt

The end frame shows the tray stripped bare — the crate walls are gone, the play area is empty, and only the last marbles on the belt are left to place into the mostly filled tubes. There is no victory banner yet: the run ends with the queue still moving.

  1. Feed the final queue marbles one at a time as their tubes empty; the late belt carries Purple, Green, Blue, Orange, Pink, Light Blue, and finally Red.
  2. Drop the Red marbles straight into the Red tube when they arrive — it has waited empty the entire level, and now it finishes last.
  3. Play strictly to the tube that is ready. The moment a tube fills it clears the board, so never drop a color onto a stack that is still waiting on its own final marbles.

Level 349 Tips Recap

  • Reveal before you commit: the crate walls hide the Red and Green marbles the bottom tubes are asking for, so clear visible colors first and peel the crates in small doses.
  • The locked crate cannot be rushed — it opens when its key arrives, and everything behind it opens with it.
  • Only feed a color whose tube is actually waiting: Purple and Light Blue are bait until the lineup cycles, while Red stays hidden until the very end.
  • The endgame is won on the belt — with the tray empty, just drain the final queue into the tubes that are ready.
