Marble Sort Level 254 Walkthrough & Solution
Level 254 Board Overview: The Blue-Heavy Locked Grid

Level 254 is a Hard board, and it is a Blue puzzle from the first frame. The top of the screen is a block grid of target tiles, and three of those tiles are Blue targets carrying numbered markers — 2, 3, and 2 — which makes Blue the color the whole level revolves around. Around them sit White, Orange, Red, Green, Pink, Purple, Brown, Light Blue, Yellow, and Black blocks, so almost every color in the game has a home somewhere in the grid.
The middle of the board is a marble pipeline. A funnel of seven marbles feeds a long conveyor row, and below that the queue stacks wait in batches — Orange, Purple, Yellow, White, Red, and Green cluster at the bottom, with a long run of White marbles riding in the middle of the belt. The board feeds itself in runs, and the White run is the one constant.
The danger is on the left: a Light Blue tile sits sealed behind a grey lock bar, and a crate block sits in the middle of the grid. The lock blocks its column until you unlock it, and the crate hides whatever sits behind it — so the opening board is not as open as it looks.
The Trap in Marble Sort Level 254
- Blue is everywhere but gated: the three numbered Blue targets (2, 3, 2) dominate the top grid, but Blue arrives in short bursts — a few at the funnel, a few in the queue. Spend them on the wrong target and the 3-marker never fills.
- The locked tile seals a whole column: the Light Blue tile on the left sits behind a grey lock bar. You cannot touch that column until it unlocks, and the marbles buried behind it are off the table for the opening.
- Pink, Purple, Brown, and Black have no open targets early: the grid’s opening rows are heavy on Blue, White, Orange, and Red. Feed the rarer colors too early and the queue jams with marbles you cannot place.
- The White run looks like free points, and mostly is: White has a block in the top grid, so the conveyor’s long White run is genuinely safe — just do not skip it and let the belt back up behind it.
Marble Sort Level 254 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Opening: Blue, Orange, and the White run

- Tap the Blue marbles waiting in the funnel straight into the open Blue targets — every Blue drop counts toward the numbered markers.
- Feed Orange into its grid block while it sits in the front rows; Orange appears at the funnel and in the queue stacks, so it clears fast early.
- Ride the long White conveyor run — White has a block in the top grid, so bank those marbles as they arrive.
- Leave the locked column alone. The Light Blue tile behind the grey lock bar is unreachable until the midgame unlock.
- Do not tap Pink, Purple, Brown, or Black — their blocks sit deep in the grid and none of them are open in the opening rows.
Midgame: unlock the left column
By the mid-solve frame the targets are asking for Blue across the board with Orange still open, and the tray has thinned to a few columns built from Red, Light Blue, Yellow, Purple, Green, and White. The conveyor is running a fresh White batch with Red, Yellow, Purple, and Orange clustered around it.
- Unlock the locked tile as soon as the option opens — the marbles sealed behind the grey lock bar feed straight into the Blue and Light Blue targets.
- Use the numbered markers to your advantage: drop Blue into the 3-marker target before the 2-markers, because it pays out the most per drop.
- Cycle the queue in batches — Red, Yellow, and Purple arrive in groups, so feed them only when their blocks sit in the active rows.
- Keep the conveyor moving. A backed-up belt is the fastest way to lose a Hard level; if nothing is open, wait rather than park a color on the belt.
Cleanup: finish the Blue targets
The end frame shows the level still finishing: the three Blue targets need 0, 2, and 2 more marbles, and the queue is running a Blue-heavy mix — a row of White and Yellow, then a row of Blue and Light Blue. The bottom stacks hold the last Red, Pink, Green, and Orange leftovers.
- Feed Blue and Light Blue first — they are the only colors with targets still open.
- Clear the last White and Yellow from the queue as filler when their blocks cycle back around.
- Finish the two remaining Blue targets with the Blue and Light Blue rows, and the straggler columns empty on their own.

Level 254 Tips Recap
- Blue is the whole level — the three numbered targets (2, 3, 2) decide the win, so spend every Blue drop deliberately.
- The locked Light Blue tile seals its column until midgame; plan around it, do not fight it.
- The long White conveyor run is free points — bank it every pass and never let the belt back up.
- Pink, Purple, Brown, and Black are bait in the opening; their blocks only open once the grid starts clearing.
