Marble Sort Level 359 Walkthrough & Solution

Level 359 Board Overview: The Mystery-Sealed Tray

Marble Sort level 359 opening board — The Mystery-Sealed Tray

Level 359 opens as a wall of unknowns. The tray is packed full of tile stacks, and grey ’?’ mystery tiles cap the tops of most of them — five of the seven columns start sealed, so you cannot see what the upper layers of the board hold until you start tapping. The middle of the tray opens into a clear channel, and a row of release markers runs across the column middles, one per stack.

The visible layers tell an honest story. The release markers sit over Purple, Green, Pink, Light Blue, and Yellow families, and deeper in the stacks you can spot striped tiles, dark textured blocks, and target-marked rainbow tiles waiting to be uncovered. Below the tray the marble conveyor is already running, and at the bottom the receiver Boxes wait to be filled.

The trap of the level is timing, not numbers. Only some of the belt marbles match a Box that is actually open, and the colors buried under the ’?’ caps are a complete unknown until you reveal them. Read the front row of receivers, reveal the board in slices, and never commit a marble to a Box that is not asking for it.

The Trap in Marble Sort Level 359

The board is rigged to make you reveal faster than you can sort. Here is the layout:

  • Grey ’?’ mystery caps seal most of the tray: five of the seven opening stacks are hidden under mystery tiles. Every early reveal is a gamble, and a column that shows a color you cannot place has to be abandoned mid-tap.
  • Release markers run down the column middles: a marker sits over each stack, and tapping one empties a whole layer at once. Start a marker with no open Box for its color and the belt takes the hit.
  • The conveyor is pre-loaded with bait: the queue is already running when the level starts, and several colors riding the belt have no open receiver Box yet. Tap them early and you park the belt.
  • Reward tiles hide under the markers: striped tiles, heavy textured blocks, and target-marked rainbow tiles only surface after a marker is cleared, so the best drops are always one release away from a mistake.

Marble Sort Level 359 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Reveal the board before you commit to it. Follow the release order.

Opening: read the board through the mystery caps

  1. Treat the first moments as a recon pass. Only the release markers and the edges of the hidden stacks are visible, so never plan a combo around a color you cannot see.
  2. Feed the belt colors that already have an open receiver Box in the front row — the Light Blues and Greens nearest the drop channel are the safest first taps.
  3. Tap the release marker over the stack whose color matches a front-row Box. Each marker empties one layer and exposes whatever it was hiding.
  4. If a reveal shows a color with no Box in the receiver row, leave that stack alone and switch to a column you can actually place.
  5. Do not chase the dark textured blocks or striped tiles until their layer is exposed and their color is requested — they take several hits and jam the belt if you free them blind.

Midgame: let the Boxes open the middle

By the middle of the solve the middle columns have drained and the remaining ’?’ caps sit over the right side of the tray. The conveyor starts running in tight color batches, and marbles drop toward the receivers as the stacks thin out.

  1. Catch a full belt batch on a single open Box — the Reds, Greens, and Yellows arrive in runs, and one matching run clears serious belt space fast.
  2. Peel each remaining stack one tile at a time from the top down. Never skip into the middle of a column, because the colors underneath set the order of every later drop.
  3. Save the ’?’-capped columns for when their reveal can drop straight into an open Box — the right side of the tray empties last for a reason.
  4. When a target-marked rainbow tile finally surfaces, treat it as a bonus for whichever Box is front and center; it pays out several marbles in one drop.
  5. Do not start a release marker unless its color has a live Box in the front row. A half-emptied marker leaves its whole column blocked and the belt carrying what you cannot place.

Cleanup: drain the tray into the receivers

The end frame shows the level still finishing: the top tray has emptied completely, the receiver stacks at the bottom are nearly full, and the last marbles are still running the tracks into place.

  1. Once the tray is empty of tiles, the solve is just the tail of the belt — sort the remaining marbles by color as they reach the receivers.
  2. Play only to receivers that are still open. The near-full stacks finish in short runs, so let each color complete before starting the next.
  3. Let the track cycle the final stragglers down; the last capture shows marbles still feeding in, which means the level completes the moment the final marbles seat in their receivers.

Level 359 Tips Recap

  • Reveal before you commit: five of the seven opening stacks sit under grey ’?’ mystery caps, so never plan a combo on colors you cannot see.
  • Only feed colors with an open receiver Box — the pre-loaded conveyor carries bait from the first second of the level.
  • Release markers empty whole layers at once: only start one when its color has a live Box in the front row.
  • In the endgame the tray drains completely and the belt tail finishes the job — just feed the last marbles into the receivers that are still open.
