Marble Sort Level 271 Walkthrough & Solution
Level 271 Board Overview: The Crate-and-Lock Wall

Level 271 squeezes the playable space between two obstacles. A 3x3 wall of nine grey mystery boxes is chained on the left, while three wooden crates hide a vertical column on the right. The front tray shows Dark Green, Cyan, Purple, Cyan, and Dark Green, with more Red, Grey, and mixed-color blocks underneath.
The first receiver row asks for Purple, Dark Blue, Red, and Dark Blue. There is no visible Dark Blue in the opening tray, so the center Purple marble is the only clean first match. Cyan and Dark Green are tempting, but they only occupy the conveyor until their receivers rotate forward.
The Trap in Marble Sort Level 271
- Cyan is storage, not progress: send no more than one or two Cyan marbles to the belt as temporary storage. A full Cyan run blocks the Red route.
- The Dark Blue receivers are a clue: Dark Blue is hidden behind the three crates on the right. Do not waste the opening on colors that cannot reach a receiver yet.
- The left lock is late-game access: the chained mystery wall does not help until the Dark Blue boxes are filled. Save belt space for the crates and the lock trigger.
Marble Sort Level 271 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Opening: take the one safe match

- Tap the single Purple marble in the center and send it to the Purple receiver on the far left of the front row.
- When the Red receiver rises behind it, park only one or two Cyan marbles on the conveyor. Leave both outer Dark Green stacks alone.
- Use the cleared space to reach the Red marbles behind the Cyan blocks in the middle column. Feed Red as soon as the Red receiver is active.
- Keep the belt short. If a color has no matching receiver in the front row, leave it in the tray and work another exposed column.
Midgame: break the right crates
The opening lane is now thinner, but the board is still hiding its key color. The three wooden crates on the right touch Red, Grey, and Purple blocks; clearing those neighboring blocks is what makes the crates shatter. The Dark Blue marbles underneath are the intended payoff, not a bonus route.
- Work the blocks touching the right-side crates, matching only colors with an open receiver.
- As the crates break, route the newly exposed Dark Blue marbles into the two Dark Blue receivers in the front row.
- Filling those Dark Blue boxes trips the lock on the left and flips all nine mystery boxes. Let the revealed Grey, Light Green, and White groups settle before opening another hidden column.
- Use the Dark Green blocks that were bait in the opening only after a Dark Green receiver reaches the front.
Cleanup: drain the revealed colors
Once the lock has opened, the board is no longer a blind wall. The mystery section feeds Grey, Teal, Light Green, White, and Dark Green into the remaining lanes. The safest finish is to answer whatever color is currently clogging the belt, then let the receiver row cycle.
- Clear Grey and Teal from the revealed mystery area whenever their receivers are active.
- Feed Light Green and Dark Green in matching runs; do not mix a new color into a nearly complete receiver.
- Leave any leftover Cyan or White on the tray until a matching receiver appears instead of parking it on the belt.
- Finish the final receiver groups and let the conveyor empty. The level completes when the last revealed marble lands.

Level 271 Tips Recap
- Purple is the only clean opening tap.
- Use Cyan as limited temporary storage, never as a full belt run.
- Break the three right crates to reach Dark Blue and trigger the left lock.
- After the nine mystery boxes flip, match Grey, Teal, Light Green, and Dark Green only when their receivers are ready.
