Marble Sort Level 208 Walkthrough & Solution
Level 208 Board Overview: The Locked Tile Grid

Level 208 does not use the classic tube sort. The board is a colored tile grid played with a marble queue: a dispenser at the bottom feeds colored marbles in sequence, and your job is to place them onto matching grid slots to clear the tiles. The grid is packed with purple, orange, yellow, red, green, light blue, brown, and pink tiles, with several empty slots waiting to be filled.
Two special tile types sit at the top of the board: a pair of numbered blue tiles marked “2” on the left and right edges, and a set of keyed tiles — key-shaped locks on the grid plus tiles with black keyholes, colored green, purple, blue, and yellow. Fixed beige obstacle blocks (curved and L- or T-shaped) sit inside the grid and stay in place for the whole level, so they shape every path you take.
Three one-use power-ups line the top of the screen — a magnet, a hammer, and a gumball machine that acts like a mystery box. Each carries a count of one, so using any of them is a real decision rather than a habit.
The Trap in Marble Sort Level 208
The level looks like a straightforward color match, but the grid is wired to punish careless queue play:
- Keyed tiles block your progress. Green, purple, blue, and yellow tiles with keyholes cannot be cleared until you deal with the key locks on the board — ignore them and whole sections stay closed.
- The numbered “2” tiles are a win condition on their own. Two blue tiles at the top edges carry a “2” counter; they do not clear like normal slots and need dedicated attention.
- Obstacle blocks carve the grid. The curved and L- or T-shaped beige blocks in the center split the board into lanes, so a marble you commit early may have no matching slot in reach later.
- The queue decides your order. You can only place the marble the dispenser hands you next, so dumping a color into the wrong slot jams the queue and stalls every other color behind it.
- Power-ups are one-and-done. Magnet, hammer, and mystery box each have a single use — firing one early leaves you empty-handed for the locked endgame.
Marble Sort Level 208 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
The solve is about clearing lanes in the right order. Work with the queue, never against it.
Opening: unlock the lanes

- Watch the dispenser order before your first placement. The first few marbles set the rhythm, so take the color the queue offers and match it to a slot that touches an open edge of the grid.
- Clear the green and light blue clusters first — they sit near the edges and their slots fill in quickly, opening breathing room around the obstacles.
- Handle the key locks as soon as a matching color reaches the front of the queue. Freeing a locked tile is worth more than any single color clear.
- Place red and orange only where a matching slot is already visible. Do not park them in the middle lanes where the beige blocks can strand them.
- Keep the counters in view: the blue tiles at the top left and top right show “0” and “1” early on — those numbers climb as you place, so plan which side you will finish first.
Midgame: break the locks and count the 2-blocks
With the edges peeled back, the midgame is about the keyed tiles and the numbered pair.
- Unlock the keyhole tiles in order — green, purple, blue, yellow — so the center columns open up instead of staying fenced behind the locks.
- Feed the dispenser chain into the now-open center. Green is the first color to near completion, showing progress stars on its queue chain; chase it all the way down once its tiles are unlocked.
- Start on the numbered “2” blue tiles while your green chain finishes. Each placement ticks the counter down, and the two tiles clear separately, so focus one side at a time.
- When the queue hands you a color whose slots are already cleared, hold it as long as you safely can — a misplaced marble here costs a full rotation of the dispenser.
- Use the hammer on the stubbornest obstacle-adjacent tile, and save the magnet to pull a stranded marble across the grid. Do not spend either on a color that is still early in the queue.
Cleanup: spend the mystery box and finish the counters
The endgame is a race between the last tiles and the last queue.
- Watch for the moment the green and light blue chains star out; their cleared lanes leave the board nearly empty of easy matches.
- Drop the gumball machine mystery box on the tightest remaining cluster — the random bonus it grants usually clears the final blocked tile that a normal placement cannot reach.
- Finish both numbered “2” blue tiles before the last normal color. They are the last thing the level checks, and losing them to a jammed queue is the most common late failure.
- Place the final dispenser marbles into their matching slots as they arrive. With the counters at zero and the keyholes open, the board clears on its own.

Level 208 Tips Recap
- Play the queue order, not the prettiest match — the dispenser decides what you can place, so never waste a rotation on a color with no open slot.
- Unlock keyed tiles early; every lock you open makes the center lanes usable for the midgame chain.
- The numbered “2” blue tiles are the real finish line — pace them through the midgame instead of saving them for a frantic end.
- Keep all three power-ups until the obstacles or locks actually demand them; one-use tools solve one problem each, so make it count.
