Marble Sort Level 180 Walkthrough & Solution

Level 180 Board Overview: The Mystery-Sealed Tray

Marble Sort level 180 opening board — The Mystery-Sealed Tray

Level 180 opens as a Very Hard board, and the first thing you notice is that you cannot see half of it. The tray is packed full — every column stacked to the top — and grey ’?’ mystery tiles blanket the tops of the columns, with more mystery tiles running in a row across the bottom of the tray. Red numbered markers sit on the columns above the colored tiles, ready to deliver bonus tiles the moment you free them.

What you can see at the start is honest and small. The three receiver boxes at the top ask for Light Blue and Green tiles first, with a third color cycling in as those fill. The conveyor below is already loaded: Brown, Orange, Yellow, and Green sit at the front of the queue, and the belt behind them is stocked in neat batches of three — Dark Blue, Dark Purple, Red, Yellow, Orange, Green, Pink, and White all riding in groups.

The middle of the board is where the danger lives. The visible stacks are built from Purple, Orange, Pink, and Yellow layered on top of the Light Blues, Greens, and Dark Blues that the Boxes actually want. Nothing about the opening tray is a straight line: reveal the mystery tiles, feed the open colors, and wait for the Boxes to rotate toward everything you just freed.

The Trap in Marble Sort Level 180

The board is rigged to make you reveal faster than you can sort. Here is the layout:

  • Every column opens under a ’?’ tile: grey mystery tiles cap the stacks, and another row of them runs across the tray bottom. You cannot plan the top of the board until you tap it, so every early reveal is a gamble.
  • Only Light Blue and Green have Boxes at the start: the middle stacks are built from Purple, Orange, Pink, and Yellow — none of which have a receiver yet. Feed them early and the conveyor jams before the opening clears.
  • Red numbered markers ride the column tops: they count as several tiles in one drop, so they are worth more than the single tile that reveals underneath. Bank them against whichever Box is front and center.
  • Mystery tiles show up in the queue too: by the midgame the conveyor itself is carrying ’?’ tiles. You cannot plan a combo around a color the belt has not shown you yet.

Marble Sort Level 180 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Reveal the board before you commit to it. Follow the release order.

Opening: reveal, don’t gamble

Marble Sort level 180 mid-solve board

  1. Tap the visible Light Blue and Green tiles straight into their Boxes. These are the only completely safe drops on the opening board.
  2. Bank the red numbered markers as soon as a matching Box sits in the front row — each one clears several tiles at once.
  3. Start peeling the ’?’ mystery tiles off the column tops. If the reveal matches an open Box, drop it; if not, leave the column and come back.
  4. Treat any revealed Purple, Orange, Pink, or Yellow as bait — no Box exists for them yet, so do not park them on the belt.
  5. Keep the conveyor fed with Light Blue and Green only. Brown, Orange, Yellow, and Green arrive at the front of the queue first, but only tap a queue tile whose color has an open Box.

Midgame: let the Boxes rotate toward the stacks

By the middle of the solve the tray has thinned out and the front row has cycled — the Boxes are now asking for Dark Blue, Green, and Light Blue. The remaining columns hold tall clusters of Dark Blue, Bright Red, and Light Purple, and the belt is running mixed colors with ’?’ mystery tiles mixed in.

  1. Feed Dark Blue as soon as its Box cycles forward. Dark Blues cluster at the bottoms of the columns, so they arrive in runs.
  2. Work each tall column down one tile at a time; the buried Light Blues and Greens underneath are your real targets.
  3. Take the queue in its batches of three — a full matching batch finishes a Box in a single pass and clears belt space fast.
  4. When a ’?’ tile rides the conveyor, treat it as an unknown: do not stack a combo on top of it, and only play it when its color matches the front Box.
  5. Prioritize columns that expose two matching tiles in a row — clearing them empties a column and opens the tray.

Cleanup: feed the stragglers

With the grid nearly empty, the level becomes a straight finishing line. The end frame shows the tray stripped down to a handful of single tiles scattered across the columns, the receivers still taking their final tiles, and the belt still running.

  1. Every remaining tile is a single waiting for its Box to slide to the front — play only to the active front row.
  2. Let the queue cycle: the last Light Blues, Greens, and Dark Blues feed as their Boxes open. Do not chase colors whose receivers have already closed.
  3. Finish the final Boxes as the stragglers drop and let the tray empty. The level completes the moment the last tile lands.

Level 180 Tips Recap

  • Reveal before you commit: every column starts under a ’?’ tile, so never plan a combo on colors you cannot see.
  • Only feed colors with an open Box — Light Blue and Green open the level; Purple, Orange, Pink, and Yellow are bait until the midgame.
  • Bank the red numbered markers early — they pay several tiles into whichever Box is front and center.
  • In the endgame the tray is nearly empty; just cycle the belt and feed the last singles into their Boxes.
