Marble Sort Level 247 Walkthrough & Solution

Level 247 Board Overview: The Locked and Frozen Tray

Marble Sort level 247 opening board — The Locked and Frozen Tray

Level 247 is a Hard tile/block-grid board, and most of it is hidden at the start. The tray stacks marble tiles in columns, but locked ’?’ mystery tiles seal several slots, cracked and solid ice blocks wrap marbles in place, a purple crate blocks a bottom slot, and a green x2 multiplier tile sits in the lower right. You solve this level by unlocking it piece by piece.

What you can play from the first tap is small and honest: the four receiver bins at the bottom ask for Light Pink, Orange, Dark Blue, and Bright Yellow. A conveyor holding tray runs between the grid and the bins, already loaded with Blue and Orange marbles waiting to drop, so every tap rides the belt before it lands.

The visible stacks mix useful colors with traps. Yellow and Orange sit exposed on top of the left-center columns, Light Cyan and Dark Red share a column blocked by solid ice, and the edges are frozen — Lime and Light Pink are locked inside cracked ice on the left and right, with more Dark Pink sealed in a crate on the far right. Nothing else has a home yet.

The Trap in Marble Sort Level 247

The board is rigged to make you unlock faster than you can sort. Here is the layout:

  • Locked ’?’ tiles cap several columns: tapping one reveals a mystery marble you cannot plan around. If the reveal does not match an open bin, it jams the belt.
  • Ice blocks freeze your best colors: cracked ice wraps the Lime and Light Pink, and a solid white ice block sits in the middle column. The marble inside is useless until the ice breaks.
  • The purple crate seals a bottom slot: column four is blocked at the base, so everything stacked above it waits until the crate clears.
  • The green x2 tile doubles whatever clears it: a blessing only when the belt is full of one matching color — otherwise it doubles the junk riding toward your bins.
  • Only four colors have bins at the start: Light Pink, Orange, Dark Blue, and Yellow. The exposed Dark Red, Mint, and Magenta on the top row are bait until the bins cycle.

Marble Sort Level 247 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Unlock the board before you commit to it. Follow the release order.

Opening: feed the four open bins

Marble Sort level 247 mid-solve board

  1. Tap the Yellow marble at the top of the left-center column straight into the Bright Yellow bin.
  2. Tap the Orange marble at the top of the next column into the Orange bin.
  3. Feed the Blue marbles already waiting on the conveyor as the Dark Blue bin cycles to the front of the row.
  4. Chip the cracked ice on the left to free the Lime inside, and the cracked ice on the right to free the Light Pink. Feed the Light Pink to its bin — it is the only one of the pair with a home right now.
  5. Do not touch the exposed Dark Red, Mint, or Magenta yet. None of them has a bin, and the belt is still crowded.

Midgame: break the locks and the ice

Once the opening bins fill, the front row shifts and the board starts revealing its real colors. The conveyor runs heavy with Light Pink and Light Blue, so play them in runs as their bins open.

  1. Clear the locked ’?’ tiles one at a time, from the middle outward. Drop the revealed marble only if it matches the current front bin; otherwise leave the column and come back.
  2. Break the solid white ice block in the middle column to reach the Dark Red buried beneath it — wait until a Dark Red bin cycles forward first.
  3. When the purple crate clears, feed whatever was sealed behind it straight into its matching bin to free the column.
  4. Save the x2 multiplier tile for a moment when the belt is loaded with one matching color — clearing it doubles that color’s payout into the open bin.
  5. Keep the belt moving with Light Pink and Light Blue only. If a mystery reveal or an early drop has no open bin, let it sit on the tray instead of parking it on the conveyor.

Cleanup: play the singles

The end state shows the tray stripped down to single blocks — Light Blue, Orange, Dark Pink, Light Green, and Dark Blue scattered across the grid — while the queue below still runs stacks of Red, Yellow, Light Blue, Green, Dark Blue, and Dark Pink. The level is a straight finishing line from here.

  1. Every remaining block is a single waiting for its bin to slide to the front. Play only to the active front row.
  2. Let the queue cycle: the last Yellows, Light Blues, and Greens feed as their bins open. Do not chase colors whose receivers have already closed.
  3. Finish the final bins as the stragglers drop and let the tray empty. The level completes the moment the last marble lands.

Level 247 Tips Recap

  • Only Light Pink, Orange, Dark Blue, and Yellow have bins at the start — feed those and ignore the rest until the bins cycle.
  • Clear the locked ’?’ tiles one at a time and drop the reveal only when it matches the front bin.
  • Time the x2 multiplier for a matching color run — doubling junk jams the belt.
  • In the endgame, play singles as their bins cycle to the front; do not chase closed receivers.
