Marble Sort Level 238 Walkthrough & Solution
Level 238 Board Overview: The Stone-Cluttered Funnel

Level 238 is a late-game tile board, and it opens crowded: a stepped tray of colored tiles narrows into a funnel that feeds four receiver crates below, each crate holding four slots. Nine colors sit on the tray at the start — Orange, Yellow, Purple, Cyan, Blue, Green, Pink, White, Brown, and Red — with grey stone tiles planted through the grid that pin down whole columns until the tiles around them clear.
The opening crates ask for almost everything in front of you. Yellow and Orange each take two slots, Purple takes three, Green takes two, and White, Brown, Red, and Pink each have at least one slot waiting. The colors that have no home at all are Cyan and Blue — neither appears in any opening crate, so both are pure bait. On the right edge a numbered blue tile sits at 3, holding a bonus run of tiles that only spills in the endgame. Three one-use power-ups (magnet, shuffle, randomizer) sit above the board if you need a bailout.
The Trap in Marble Sort Level 238
The board looks generous — nearly every visible color has a crate — but the layout is rigged to make you overreach:
- Grey stone tiles pin the grid: five stone blocks are scattered through the upper rows, sealing the slots beneath them. The columns they lock cannot be drained until the board around them clears, and forcing them early just jams the funnel.
- Cyan and Blue have no crates at the open: both sit on the visible tray, but no opening crate asks for them. Tap one early and you are holding a tile with nowhere to go while the funnel keeps feeding.
- The crates cycle as they fill: the four bottom crates rotate to fresh requests the moment one fills. A color that feels safe to grab can orphan you if the crate that wanted it has already cycled out of the front row.
- The numbered tile is a timer, not a target: the blue “3” block on the right edge looks like a tile to clear, but it counts down and only releases its run of tiles in the endgame. Breaking it early floods the funnel with colors you cannot place.
Marble Sort Level 238 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Feed the crates that exist, dodge the ones that do not, and let the numbered tile finish the board.
Opening: feed the crates that exist

- Tap the Yellow tiles on the tray into the Yellow slots — two opening crate slots ask for Yellow, and Yellow sits in the top row and again in the lower rows.
- Feed Orange next: two opening slots want it, and Orange holds the top row and the second row.
- Drop the Purples — three opening slots across two crates want Purple, and the tray holds Purple tiles in the upper grid.
- Feed Green into its two slots as the green tiles come within reach of the funnel.
- Bank the single White, Brown, Red, and Pink tiles into their opening slots — one tap each, no holding.
- Leave Cyan and Blue alone. No opening crate wants them, and a Blue crate arrives only after the first batch fills and rotates.
- Do not force the stone-pinned columns — play the open lanes and let the grid empty around the grey tiles.
Midgame: clear Red, ride the crate rotation
The mid-solve frame shows Red completely off the tray — every Red is banked — while Orange, Yellow, Purple, Cyan, Dark Blue, Green, Pink, White, and Brown still crowd the grid. The bottom crates have rotated to a fresh set of requests, and the tray has thinned into a funnel fight.
- Finish any stray Reds the moment their crate is up — Red is the first color to leave the board.
- Feed only to the current front crates. As each one fills it cycles out and a new request rotates in, so re-check the bottom row before every tap.
- Work the right side once a Blue crate appears — the Dark Blue and Cyan cluster there has waited the whole opening, and the numbered tile above the funnel is your only other source of dark tiles.
- Keep the funnel moving: a backed-up drop lane is how this board stalls. When a column clears, the stone tiles above it stop mattering.
Cleanup: drain the numbered tile, empty the tray
The end frame shows the board almost solved: the tray holds only a cluster of Oranges, a pair of Blues, a Yellow, and a Purple in the top rows, the numbered tile has drained from 3 to 0, and a chain of dark tiles is falling into the receiver area. The crates are nearly full — one still shows an open slot with a pointer marking the next drop.
- Play only to the active crates — every remaining tile is a single waiting for its slot to come around.
- Let the numbered tile finish spilling its chain; the dark tiles it feeds land in the last open slots.
- Drop the final Oranges, Blues, Yellow, and Purple as their crates cycle forward, and the tray empties. The level completes the moment the last tile lands.

Level 238 Tips Recap
- Cyan and Blue are opening bait — no crate asks for them until the first batch of receivers cycles.
- Play around the grey stone tiles; the columns they pin open on their own as the grid clears.
- Feed only the current front crates — they rotate as each one fills, so re-check the bottom row before every tap.
- Leave the numbered tile alone until the endgame; it drains to 0 and feeds the last dark tiles into the funnel.
