Marble Sort Level 160 Walkthrough & Solution
Level 160 Board Overview

Level 160 (marked “Very Hard”) opens with a tray that is only partly playable. Wooden crates sit across the middle and lower rows, and special tiles stamped 3, 2, and ? hide what lies beneath. The bottom of the board is a conveyor queue: every marble you release rolls in and launches in order, so the queue order is the real puzzle.
At the start the queue holds Orange, then Light Blue, then a Dark Green, then Light Green, then Yellow, and finally a long run of Dark Purple. The receiver boxes below ask for Red and Dark Blue across the top row, Orange and Purple in the middle, and Light Blue, Purple, and Yellow along the bottom. Red and Dark Blue have no marbles waiting in the queue yet — they arrive later — so the early boxes have to be filled from the tray and the front of the queue.
The Trap in Marble Sort Level 160
- The crates come first. Several tray slots are covered from the opening move, and one crate on the left is locked. You cannot play the center until those crates are cleared.
- The ? tiles. A couple of tiles are marked with a question mark — you do not know what is underneath until the slot is emptied. Treat them as surprises, not shortcuts.
- Numbered tiles (3 and 2). Striped tiles stamped 3 and gray tiles stamped 2 sit in the tray. They are not ordinary marbles, and clearing them changes the board — don’t let one block a box you need.
- The queue never skips. Marbles launch in queue order. If you dump the wrong color into the queue early, it lands in the wrong box or jams the belt while you scramble for a home.
- Red and Dark Blue arrive late. Both have boxes in the top row from the start but no marbles in the opening queue. There is nothing to do with them yet — leave their side of the board alone.
Marble Sort Level 160 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Phase 1: Ride the opening queue

- Feed the two Orange marbles from the front of the queue — the middle-row Orange boxes are ready for them.
- Match the Light Blue group from the queue into the bottom-row Light Blue box.
- As the Dark Green launches, look for Dark Green in the tray; if a matching box is not in front, let it pass and keep the tray’s own colors moving.
- Work the Light Green and Yellow that follow, dropping them into their boxes as they come.
- Clear tray marbles of the same colors to keep the queue moving in order. Do not touch the crates or the numbered tiles yet.
Phase 2: Midgame — half the tray opens
By the middle of the level the tray is about half cleared and the queue has cycled into a new set of colors (Red, Cyan, Yellow, Orange, and Dark Green). The top-row Red and Dark Blue boxes finally get their marbles.
- Feed the Reds when they arrive — the top-row Red box has waited the whole opening.
- Route the Dark Blues the same way; they share the top row with Red.
- Keep Orange and Yellow flowing to their mid-row boxes; they appear in the queue again, so the work repeats.
- Clear the remaining Light Blue and Purple from the tray’s edges before attacking the crates.
- Once the side slots are empty, clear the wooden crates one at a time to open the center funnel.
Phase 3: Cleanup — the mystery tiles
Near the end, the queue is down to a last run of Green with an Orange mixed in, and only the special tiles remain: a couple of striped 3-tiles, the gray 2-tiles, and the final ? mystery tile.
- Empty the ? tile last — whatever it releases, have a box ready or let it ride the queue to a safe color.
- Feed the final Purple and Yellow into the bottom-row boxes to finish the middle of the board.
- Use the last Green run and the Orange to top off any stack that is one marble short.
- When only one or two crates are left, they are the final step: clear them, and the last marbles drop straight into the remaining boxes.

Level 160 Tips Recap
- Respect the queue: marbles launch in order, so plan each release around what is already waiting on the belt.
- Clear the tray’s edges before the crates — the center opens much faster once the sides are empty.
- Save the ? tiles for the end; they are surprises, not shortcuts.
- Red and Dark Blue only show up in the midgame queue, so don’t wait for them at the start.
