Marble Sort Level 421 Walkthrough & Solution
Level 421 Board Overview: The Red Wall and the Sealed Corner

Marble Sort Level 421 is a Hard run of the tile-grid variant. The play field is an irregular tray of chunky colored blocks rather than a classic row of single marbles, and the top of the board is not yours to read. Grey ”?” mystery tiles blanket the upper rows, so the opening board hides as much as it shows.
The visible tray splits into two halves. On the left, a tall Red wall climbs most of the way up its column, capped by a single White block that sits above it like a lid — and that pair stays standing long into the level. On the right, the top corner is stacked with Orange and Green blocks, sealed in behind more mystery ”?” tiles. Between the two sides sit the mid-row blocks you can actually reach: Dark Blue and Light Pink near the middle, with Purple further right.
Everything that leaves the tray drops through the grey funnel at its base into the receiver row below, which cycles through White, Yellow, Red, Purple, Light Pink, Dark Blue, and Green over the course of the level. Two conveyor tiles with direction arrows ride the lower tray and carry whatever lands on them sideways before it drops, so no release is ever a perfectly straight line.
The Trap in Marble Sort Level 421
The board is rigged to make you pull the Red wall before its receivers open. Here is the layout:
- The left Red wall hides under a White cap: a tall stack of Red blocks sits beneath a single White block. Tap it early and you flood the funnel with Reds whose receiver may not be open yet — and the White cap is trapped on top either way.
- Mystery ”?” tiles seal the top: the upper rows and both top corners stay covered by grey ”?” tiles in every captured frame. You cannot plan the top of the board until you reveal it, and a bad reveal jams the funnel.
- Orange and Green are cornered bait: the top-right corner stacks Orange and Green behind the ”?” tiles. They look reachable, but they stay walled off until the tray around them has cleared.
- Conveyor arrows move your drops: arrow tiles on the lower tray carry blocks sideways before they fall. Release without watching the arrows and a block you aimed at one receiver lands in front of another.
Marble Sort Level 421 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Reveal in order, feed only what the receivers are taking, and treat the left wall as a late-game objective. Follow the release order.
Opening: play the reachable mid rows

- Survey the tray before tapping anything — note the Red wall under its White cap on the left, the Orange and Green corner on the right, and the Dark Blue, Light Pink, and Purple blocks in the middle rows.
- Feed the mid-row blocks first. Dark Blue and Light Pink sit where you can clear them without disturbing the mystery ”?” tiles above.
- Only release a color whose receiver is open at the front of the row. If the receiver has cycled away from a color, leave that block alone and let it ride past.
- Do not tap the White-capped Red wall yet — neither color has a guaranteed home in the opening receiver cycle, and a double release through the funnel jams the board.
- Leave the top-right Orange and Green corner untouched. It is boxed in by ”?” tiles and stays that way through the midgame.
Midgame: reveal the mystery tiles
Once the reachable colors drain, the receivers cycle and the reveal work begins.
- Pop the mystery ”?” tiles one at a time, starting with the ones closest to an open receiver. If the revealed block matches, drop it; if not, leave the column and move on.
- Keep the conveyor arrows in view with every release. Time each drop so the block falls into the funnel instead of riding an arrow tile to the wrong side of the tray.
- As the Dark Blue, Light Pink, and Purple receivers cycle forward, clear their blocks from the middle rows in short batches — a clean mid row opens the tray’s sightlines for everything above it.
- Still do not start the Red wall. The Reds run deep, and they should fall only when a Red receiver is front and center and the funnel is clear.
- As the tray thins, the White cap above the Reds becomes reachable — but leave it seated until you can drop it straight into a White receiver. Pulling it early only exposes Reds you are not ready to play.
Cleanup: drain the wall and the corner
The closing frame catches the board still in progress: Red blocks hold the left side under their White cap, Blue sits across the middle, and Orange and Green still guard the top-right corner behind a last ”?” tile. Play it conservative to the end.
- Attack the Red wall only once a Red receiver is live. Feed the Reds in a steady stream and let the column drop under control rather than dumping it at once.
- Take the White cap into a White receiver the moment it opens — with the cap gone, the left column finally drains clean.
- Clear the Orange and Green corner last, releasing each block as its receiver cycles to the front of the row.
- Play only to the active receiver row from here. Every remaining block is waiting for its color, and the funnel pulls the last stragglers down on its own once the front receivers stop asking for new colors.

Level 421 Tips Recap
- Treat the White-capped Red wall on the left as a late-game objective — starting it early floods the funnel with a color you cannot place yet.
- Reveal ”?” tiles one at a time, and only when an open receiver can take whatever is underneath.
- Watch the conveyor arrows on every drop: a block that rides an arrow lands somewhere you did not aim.
- Save the Orange and Green corner for the cleanup phase — it is sealed behind mystery tiles until the rest of the tray thins out.
