Marble Sort Level 250 Walkthrough & Solution
Level 250 Board Overview: The Sealed Tray

Level 250 opens as a Very Hard board, and the first thing you notice is that half of it is hidden. Grey ’?’ mystery tiles blanket the tops of the columns, wooden crates block the outer flanks, and red numbered markers ride the column tops, ready to deliver several tiles at once the moment you free them. The receiver boxes ask for Blue, Pink, and Red on one side and Blue, Pink, and Green on the other.
The conveyor below is already loaded: Red, Red, Blue, Blue, Blue, Yellow, Yellow. The Reds and Blues feed the opening receivers directly, while the Yellow pair is pure bait — nothing on the tray asks for Yellow yet.
What you can see through the gaps is honest and small: a White on the far left, Blues in the second and middle columns, and Purple, Green, Orange, and Green spread across the visible row. Every column that shows a useful color hides a mystery tile above it, and the outer crates hide lock tiles behind them.
The Trap in Marble Sort Level 250
The board is rigged to make you reveal faster than you can sort. Here is the layout:
- Mystery ’?’ tiles cap every column: grey tiles blanket the column tops and the row beneath the numbered markers. You cannot plan the top of the board until you tap it, so every early reveal is a gamble.
- Only four colors have receivers at the start: Blue, Pink, Green, and Red are open. Yellow, Purple, Orange, and White have no Boxes yet, and feeding them early jams the conveyor before the opening clears.
- Wooden crates shut the outer columns: a crate blocks each side of the tray and hides a lock tile behind it. The edges stay sealed until you clear the crates.
- The numbered markers are a trap of their own: they look like free tiles, but they pay out only when the color beneath them matches an open receiver. Bank them against the front Box; do not chase them blindly.
Marble Sort Level 250 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Reveal the board before you commit to it. Follow the release order.
Opening: feed the safe four

- Tap the conveyor Reds into the left receiver and the Blues into either Blue receiver — every one is a safe drop.
- Feed the Pink tile in the middle of the tray into a Pink receiver.
- Tap the two Green tiles into the right receiver and close out its Green slot.
- Bank the numbered markers (‘3’, ‘4’, ‘3’) whenever the tile beneath a marker matches an open receiver — each drop clears several tiles at once.
- Peel the ’?’ mystery tiles off the column tops one at a time. If the reveal matches a receiver, drop it; if not, leave the column and move on.
- Do not touch Yellow, Purple, Orange, or White — none of them has a Box yet, and parking them on the belt stalls the entire opening.
Midgame: unlock the flanks
Once the opening receivers clear, the tray cycles hard. By the middle of the solve the grid has thinned to a few surviving stacks while the conveyor runs a long mixed chain — green, orange, light green, dark blue, purple, red, dark green, blue, orange, dark blue, blue, purple, red — with the crates and their locks still in play.
- Clear the wooden crates on the outer columns to expose the lock tiles behind them.
- Unlock the dark purple and light pink locks as soon as their receivers appear — the tiles they guard come free in batches.
- Feed the light green, dark green, and dark blue runs as their receivers cycle to the front.
- Work each surviving stack down one tile at a time; the Blues and Greens buried underneath are your real targets.
- Keep revealing the ’?’ mystery tiles as they clear across the midgame, and drop a reveal only when its color matches the active front receiver.
- Play the conveyor in order — the mixed chain resolves cleanly if you only tap the tile whose color is currently open.
Cleanup: ride the belt home
The end frame shows the tray almost empty: the receivers are taking their final tiles, a few singles sit in the remaining boxes, and the conveyor is feeding Yellow in a steady run toward the collection tubes.
- Let the conveyor cycle — Yellow arrives in runs now that its receivers have opened, so feed them as they come.
- Play only to the active front receivers. Finish the last stacks, feed the stragglers, and the level completes the moment the final tile lands.

Level 250 Tips Recap
- Reveal before you commit: every column opens under a ’?’ mystery tile, so never plan a combo on colors you cannot see.
- Only feed colors with an open receiver — Blue, Pink, Green, and Red open the level; Yellow, Purple, Orange, and White are bait until the midgame.
- Bank the numbered markers early — they pay several tiles into whichever receiver is front and center.
- Clear the side crates to reach the lock tiles, then let the conveyor feed the endgame runs on its own.
