Marble Sort Level 379 Walkthrough & Solution

Level 379 Board Overview: The Crate-Guarded Grid

Marble Sort level 379 opening board — The Crate-Guarded Grid

Level 379 opens on the tile-grid board with the tray stacked nearly full. The grid feeds through a central funnel onto a conveyor queue that carries every release down to the receiver row, and that queue is already loaded before you make your first tap: two Purples, two Browns, and two Pinks ride at the front, with a pair of Light Blues and more Purples waiting behind them. Three extra Pinks are already dropping out of the funnel on their own, so the belt starts moving the moment the level does.

The middle of the board is where the structure lives. A brown wooden crate anchors the bottom of the tall center column, splitting the grid into a left flank and a right flank that you have to play around. Above it, a gray block marked with a “3” caps the center-top stack, and on the upper right a blue-and-white striped block also marked “3” sits directly over a Purple tile. Like the numbered pieces in this board family, each one needs its count of clears before the tiles beneath it are truly freed, so the center stays half-blocked until you earn the reveals.

The colors are honest and clustered. Pink and Yellow are spread the widest across the upper rows, with Green running through the middle layers and Orange, Dark Blue, Light Blue, and Purple scattered in pairs and short runs around the edges. Brown barely appears at all outside the opening queue — the two Browns riding the belt are effectively the only Brown marbles you will ever need to place.

The Trap in Marble Sort Level 379

The board is rigged to make the belt do your thinking for you. Here is the layout:

  • The queue starts pre-loaded and self-feeding: Purple, Brown, and Pink pairs already ride the belt, and the funnel is dropping three more Pinks on its own. Release tiles in the wrong order and the queue fills with marbles that have no open Box.
  • Two “3” blocks guard the center: the gray block at the top of the center column and the striped block on the upper right each need three clears before their stacks give up their marbles. Crack one too early and it dumps a color with nowhere to land.
  • The crate splits the board: the wooden crate anchoring the center column blocks straight-down play, so the early game is really two separate flanks. Colors on opposite sides only meet again on the belt, far too late to undo a bad release.
  • Brown is a one-shot: apart from the wooden crate itself, the two Browns in the opening queue are the only Brown deliveries you will see. If no Brown request is live when they reach the front, the whole belt stalls behind them.

Marble Sort Level 379 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Match the queue before you attack the grid. Follow the release order.

Opening: ride the paired queue

Marble Sort level 379 mid-solve board

  1. Tap the Purple pair at the head of the queue into the Purple request as it cycles live — Purple recurs throughout the level, so the first pair is always safe to place.
  2. Follow with the two Browns the moment a Brown Box is front and center. They have exactly one useful moment each, so do not let the queue cycle past them.
  3. Place the Pink pair next, then bank the three Pinks falling from the funnel as the Pink requests open; Pinks are the most common color on the board, so every Pink drop has a slot waiting.
  4. Feed the Light Blue pair riding behind the front row when Light Blue comes up, and release the Dark Blue tiles tucked in the lower columns as their receivers cycle forward.
  5. Peel the visible Yellow and Green tiles from the upper rows only into live requests — both colors are plentiful, so there is no need to rush them.

Midgame: work the two flanks

By the middle of the solve the left flank has thinned out and the queue has cycled. The remaining weight sits on the right side and in the center: the Purple tile under the striped “3” block, the stack under the gray block at the top of the center column, and the columns that surround the crate.

  1. Turn to the left flank and strip its remaining columns one tile at a time, matching each release to the receiver that is currently front and center.
  2. Work down the right flank toward the striped “3” block, clearing the tiles above it so the block is the last thing standing in its column.
  3. Unlock the striped “3” block only when a Purple request is live — it sits directly over a Purple tile, and its three clears release that Purple exactly when you want it.
  4. Do the same for the gray “3” block at the top of the center column: earn its clears, then crack it the moment the color underneath is requested. Freeing it into a dead queue floods the middle of the tray.
  5. Keep the funnel honest between unlocks. The belt keeps receiving automatic drops, so pace your grid releases and never stack two colors that are not being requested.

Cleanup: ride the Orange runs

With the grid nearly empty, the level becomes a straight finishing line. The closing frames show the tray stripped down to a handful of columns, with big Orange batches rolling down the belt — four Oranges on the track and four more feeding in from the funnel — and the last receivers taking their final colors one at a time.

  1. Let the Orange batches ride: with four Oranges on the belt and four more in the funnel, the Orange receivers finish themselves if you leave the queue alone.
  2. Play only to the active receivers from here — every remaining tile has exactly one slot waiting for it, so release only the color whose request is front and center.
  3. Catch the last Purple and Yellow stragglers as their requests open, and clear the final scattered tiles without adding anything to the queue that is not live.
  4. Finish the last slots as the belt delivers its final runs, and let the tray empty on its own.

Level 379 Tips Recap

  • Feed the queue in its own order: Purple, Brown, and Pink pairs lead, and each color should land only when its receiver is live.
  • Treat both “3” blocks as three-clear locks — earn the clears, then unlock when the buried color is requested.
  • Play the left and right flanks separately around the center crate; colors only meet again on the belt, so wrong early releases are hard to undo.
  • In the endgame the belt is the whole level — the Orange runs finish themselves, so match only the live requests and let the queue empty the tray.
