Marble Sort Level 386 Walkthrough & Solution

Level 386 Board Overview: The Half-Stacked Glowing Tray

Marble Sort level 386 opening board — The Half-Stacked Glowing Tray

Level 386 opens on the tile and block grid, and it is unusual from the first glance because the top tray is only partially stacked. Instead of the usual wall of full columns, a handful of short stacks are scattered across the grid — Red, Green, Yellow, Light Blue, Dark Blue, and Purple — with wide-open white slots between them. That openness is an illusion: the action is already running before you make your first tap.

The center of the tray is the giveaway. A slot at the middle is lit up and glowing, and Blue tiles are already falling toward it as the level begins, which means one conveyor feed is running on its own. In the lower half, the conveyor track is preloaded with a Green tile, a Yellow tile, and two Orange tiles sliding along in order. Two rainbow progress counters at the top of the screen — showing 15 and 20 — tick up as you clear the board.

The real obstacles sit mid-board. Grey lock tiles with keys seal the middle-left and middle-right areas, and a grey ’?’ mystery tile hides a stack on the right beside another lock. Two stone crate blocks squat in the top-right corner, covering slots you cannot touch until they shift. Nothing about this opening is a straight line: feed the colors that already have a home, and treat the locked and hidden tiles as unknowns until they open.

The Trap in Marble Sort Level 386

The board is rigged to make you tap faster than you can sort. Here is the layout:

  • The center feeds itself: Blue tiles are already dropping into the glowing middle slot when the level starts. It looks like free progress, but it also means the belt fills with Blue whether you need it or not.
  • Lock tiles seal the mid-board: grey key locks block the middle-left and middle-right stacks, and unlocking one releases several tiles at once. Trip one at the wrong moment and a column dumps a color with no open receiver.
  • Mystery and crate tiles hide the right side: a ’?’ tile sits beside a lock on the right, and two stone crate blocks cap the top-right corner. You cannot plan around tiles you have not revealed.
  • The conveyor arrives preloaded: Green, Yellow, and two Orange tiles are already riding the track. Tap them the instant they reach the front and you may jam the belt with colors that have no slot yet.

Marble Sort Level 386 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Let the board show you its hand before you commit. Follow the release order.

Opening: feed what already matches

Marble Sort level 386 mid-solve board

  1. Let the Blue tiles falling into the glowing center slot land — that feed is already matched, so it clears space without spending a tap.
  2. Watch the conveyor’s first arrivals. Feed Green and Yellow only when a matching receiver is open; leave the Orange tiles riding if no Orange slot is showing.
  3. Tap the visible top-stack colors one at a time, starting with the Light Blue and Dark Blue columns — their short stacks clear quickly and open the middle of the tray.
  4. Do not touch the lock tiles yet. Each unlock drops a stack at once, so save them for a moment when the released colors line up with open receivers.
  5. Leave the ’?’ mystery tile and the crate-covered corner alone until the early receivers cycle — the hidden tiles are unknowns, not opportunities.

Midgame: unlock and thin the stacks

By the middle of the solve the upper tray has started to hollow out, with empty slots appearing between the remaining columns. The receivers have cycled through a spread of requests — Blue, Green, Cyan, Red, Yellow, Purple, Pink, and Orange — and the conveyor is running in neat batches of Yellow, Cyan, Orange, and Blue.

  1. Unlock the grey key tiles now, one at a time, only when the colors underneath match the front receivers. Each unlock clears several tiles in a single drop.
  2. Reveal the ’?’ mystery tile the same way: if its color has an open box, drop it; if not, move on and come back after the receivers rotate.
  3. Feed the conveyor in its batch order — a full matching batch of Yellow, Cyan, Orange, or Blue finishes a receiver row in one pass.
  4. Keep an eye on Green: it is the scarcest color on the board, so whenever a Green tile surfaces, play it immediately before its slot closes.
  5. Work each tall column down one tile at a time and never stack a tap on top of a color whose receiver has already filled.

Cleanup: fill the last receiver

The end of the level is nearly empty. The tray has been stripped down to the conveyor, which now circles in groups of three — Orange, Purple, Light Cyan, Yellow, Light Pink, and Brown — with a funnel above staging Dark Red tiles to drop in. Most of the bottom receivers are already full: Red, Brown, Light Pink, Dark Blue, Yellow, and Light Cyan tubes are complete, and only one receiver still stands open, waiting for its final marbles.

  1. Play only to the open receiver from here — every other tube is already full, so any other tap wastes belt space.
  2. Watch the ring of three-tile batches and feed the one matching the last open slot as it reaches the front.
  3. Take the Dark Reds staging in the funnel when their tube finally opens, and let the remaining batches cycle past if they do not match.
  4. Finish the final receiver as its last tiles land. The level completes the moment the last marble drops and the tray sits empty.

Level 386 Tips Recap

  • The center slot feeds Blue on its own at the start — let it run and save your taps for colors that need them.
  • Lock tiles release whole stacks, so unlock only when the released colors match open receivers.
  • Green is the scarcest color on the board; feed every Green the moment it appears.
  • In the endgame one receiver is left: feed only its color from the ring and the funnel, and the level closes itself.
