Marble Sort Level 252 Walkthrough & Solution
Level 252 Board Overview: The Locked Chute Grid

Level 252 drops the usual free-for-all tray and hands you a directional tile grid instead. The board is built from colored block tiles and arrow tiles that steer every marble you release down a set path: several blocks carry down, left, and right arrows, so the moment a tile drops, its routing is already decided for you. Plan your taps around those lanes or the marbles pile up where you did not expect them.
The other signature element is the locked tiles. Multiple dark blue blocks sit on the grid marked with a 2, and they have to be tapped twice before the marble underneath is freed. Every 2 tile is a two-step commitment: one tap to crack the lock, a second tap to release the color behind it. Budget those extra taps from the opening move onward.
The bottom of the board is a funnel that feeds four receiver Boxes, and at the start they ask for Light Pink, Green, Dark Red, and Orange. The playable colors on the grid are a mix of Dark Blue, Light Blue, Green, Dark Red, Light Pink, and Purple, with Orange riding high on the arrow blocks — so the opening is small, honest, and heavily gated by locks.
The Trap in Marble Sort Level 252
The board is rigged to make you crack locks faster than the Boxes open. Here is the layout:
- Numbered
2lock tiles seal the best stacks: the top of the vertical column, the left end of the horizontal row, and the right wing all start under locked tiles. The Light Pinks and Dark Blues underneath are worth having, but each lock costs two taps before a single marble moves. - Arrow tiles route marbles you cannot control: once a tile drops onto a down, left, or right arrow block, it commits to that lane. A drop aimed at one Box can slide sideways into a different queue.
- Only four colors have Boxes at the start: Light Pink, Green, Dark Red, and Orange. Dark Blue, Light Blue, and Purple sit on the grid with no receiver yet — feed them early and the funnel jams before the front row clears.
- The conveyor below is pre-loaded: the queue behind the Boxes is already carrying mixed colors, so every marble you park on the belt waits behind traffic that is not your color.
Marble Sort Level 252 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Work the locks, then work the lanes. Follow the release order.
Opening: unlock what the Boxes want

The first task is mechanical: crack the 2 tiles that sit directly above colors with open Boxes, and feed nothing else.
- Tap the Light Pink tiles you can reach straight into the Light Pink Box — this is the safest color on the opening board.
- Feed the Green tiles the same way; Green has an open Box from move one, so every Green you release is a free drop.
- Crack the numbered
2lock tiles one at a time. Tap once to unlock, then check what is underneath before the second tap — if it is Dark Blue or Purple, leave the column alone and move on. - Drop the Dark Red tiles into the Dark Red Box as they come free; they sit low in the grid, so they usually arrive in short runs.
- Do not feed Dark Blue, Light Blue, or Purple yet. None of them have a Box in the front row, and the belt is already carrying traffic you cannot use.
Midgame: the arrow lanes open up
Once the opening Boxes clear, the grid thins out and the remaining colors — Purple, Blue, Red, and Pink — start funneling toward the bottom in batches. The numbered locks on the side blocks deactivate as the level progresses, and the arrow blocks become the main routing hazard.
- Prioritize whichever color has a Box in the front row, and feed it in stacks of matching tiles whenever the funnel delivers them together.
- Watch the arrow blocks before every tap. A tile that drops onto a left or right arrow is committed to that lane, so only release a marble when its target Box sits at the end of the path it will take.
- Clear the locked side blocks as their colors come into rotation — the two-tap commitment is cheap once a matching Box is already open.
- Keep the funnel fed with one color at a time. Mixing Purple, Blue, and Red in the chute creates a traffic jam that costs several moves to untangle.
- Let the Green and Light Pink stragglers finish as the queue cycles; their Boxes stay open while the heavier colors sort themselves in the funnel.
Cleanup: drain the funnel
The end of the level is a straight drop. The grid is stripped down, the receiver Boxes are greyed and empty, and the final marbles ride the chute in a single line.
- Play only to the active front row. Every remaining tile is a single waiting for its Box to slide forward — do not chase colors whose receivers have already closed.
- Release the last Purple and Blue batches as their Boxes open, and let the arrow blocks route them down the funnel on their own.
- When the final marbles feed through with the clearing star effect, stop tapping. The remaining tiles drop by gravity and the level completes on its own.

Level 252 Tips Recap
- Every
2lock tile costs two taps before it yields a marble — crack only the locks whose colors have open Boxes. - Light Pink and Green open the level; Dark Blue, Light Blue, and Purple are bait until their Boxes cycle to the front.
- Respect the arrow blocks: a drop commits to its lane, so tap only when the routed path ends at an open Box.
- In the endgame the funnel is the board — feed one color at a time and let the queue finish the job.
