Marble Sort Level 446 Walkthrough & Solution
Level 446 Board Overview: The Bolted Center Crate

Level 446 opens on the block-grid variant of the board: a marble launcher sits at the base with a fixed queue tracking toward it, and above it a square field is dotted with colored blocks and wooden crates. The piece that owns the level is planted dead center — a large wooden crate with a white target circle on its face, the number 3 stamped inside it, and metal bolts on all four edges. Everything around the rim reads like an opening move list: Dark Grey and Pink down the left side, Blue and Yellow up the right, with a glowing Green, an Orange, a Purple, and a Brown filling out the corners of the grid.
The queue is already live when the level starts, and it opens on a simple promise: two Reds ride at the front — one already in the nozzle — followed by a long Pink run of five or more. Behind that first wave the feed shifts hard, and by the midgame the track is dominated by a long Dark Blue run. The bottom of the screen carries four packed supply columns of mixed colors — Red, Orange, Purple, Pink, Blue, and Green — so there is never a shortage of marbles, only a shortage of the right ones at the right moment.
Not every crate on the field is honest about what it needs. Several boxes wear a ’?’ marker instead of a color, and the receiver columns at the base hold pre-loaded crates in Green, Red, Blue, Light Blue, Yellow, Purple, and Dark Grey that only fill when matching marbles arrive. The whole level is a rhythm problem: fire each queue run into the crates that want it, bank the leftover hits on the bolted center crate, and never let a color pass while its crate is still standing.
The Trap in Marble Sort Level 446
The board is rigged to make you waste the opening run on the wrong target. Here is the layout:
- The bolted center crate is a three-hit investment: the wooden crate stamped 3 sits dead center of the field, so while it stands it crowds every shot line through the middle. It ticks down one number at a time, and balls sunk into it are balls not clearing colored crates.
- ’?’ mystery crates hide their color: several crates show a question mark instead of a color, so you cannot tell what they need until the first marble lands on them. Commit the wrong color and you have paid for a reveal instead of a clear.
- The queue is a fixed order, not a choice: the level opens Red and Pink, then swings into a very long Dark Blue run in the midgame. If you let a Dark Blue pass while Dark Blue crates still stand, you wait through the whole loop for another chance.
- Colored crates only fill with matching marbles: the receiver columns and the colored crates on the field want their own color, so a scattered opening board punishes greedy shooting. Every shot needs a live target.
Marble Sort Level 446 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Match the queue to the crates and bank every spare hit on the center block. Follow the release order.
Opening: ride the Red and Pink run

- Survey the rim before firing: Dark Grey and Pink on the left, Blue and Yellow on the right, and the bolted center crate stamped 3 blocking the middle.
- Fire the nozzle Red at the nearest live Red target — the level opens with Reds in hand, so spend them before the feed moves on.
- Spend the long Pink run on the Pink crate on the left side of the field while the run is live. Pink repeats five or more times in a row, which is enough to clear a crate outright.
- Do not sink the opening Reds or Pinks into the center crate. Colored crates are rare targets early; the bolted crate will accept spare hits from any color later.
- Leave the ’?’ mystery crates alone until you have a reason to hit them — every early shot should land on a crate whose color you can see.
- Keep the supply columns in view: Red, Orange, Purple, Pink, Blue, and Green are all waiting at the base, but only tap a marble whose crate is currently live.
Midgame: chip the center and open the field
The mid-solve frame shows the level halfway through: the entire lower half of the grid has been cleared down to empty white cells, leaving a band of crates across the top two rows — Dark Grey, Blue, and Light Blue on the left and a cracked white-and-red crate plus Orange and Dark Grey on the right. Marbles are now feeding down a chute toward the launcher, and the queue has swung hard into a long Dark Blue run. The center crate has been worked down and is visibly damaged.
- Ride the Dark Blue run: with the queue serving Dark Blue again and again, clear every Dark Blue crate still on the field before the feed cycles on.
- Chip the bolted center crate with any spare ball whose color has no live crate — it is stamped 3, so it needs three hits total to pop and open the middle of the board.
- Probe the ’?’ mystery crates one hit at a time. If the reveal matches a color already in the queue, finish it; if not, walk away and come back when its color cycles through.
- Finish the cracked white-and-red crate in the second row — it is already damaged, so a single well-placed hit clears it and opens the column behind it.
- Work the top-row Blue and Light Blue crates as their colors appear in the feed; they sit above the emptied field, so every shot at them has a clean line.
- Let the clustered Orange and Pink marbles staged near the base feed naturally — they are already in position for the lower crates waiting at the receiver columns.
Cleanup: drain the last crates
The end frame catches the level still mid-solve rather than at a victory screen: six crates remain on the field — Dark Grey, Blue, Rust Red, and Light Blue across the top row, with an Orange below them on the right and a final Dark Grey crate one row further down. The queue is now cycling Purple, Light Pink, Red, Light Blue, and Green, with a small staging pocket of Light Blue, Red, and Green hovering above the launcher. The receiver columns below are loaded with Green, Red, Blue, Light Blue, Dark Grey, Yellow, and Purple crates waiting for their final marbles.
- Play the queue in order and never skip a color that still has a matching crate — the Light Blue-heavy tail is exactly what the top-row Light Blue crate needs.
- Spend the Purple, Red, and Green batches on their matching crates at the base columns as they cycle through.
- Send every leftover color that no longer matches a standing crate into the remaining Dark Grey and wooden crates; they accept any spare hit and are already one or two shots from popping.
- Keep firing until the last six crates pop — with the field down to the top-row band, the level finishes the moment the final matching hit lands.

Level 446 Tips Recap
- The center crate stamped 3 is a three-hit job: fire it only with colors that have no live crate left, never with a matching run you need elsewhere.
- ’?’ mystery crates cost a shot to read — hit one marble, check the reveal, then decide whether the color is worth finishing now.
- Ride the fixed queue instead of fighting it: Red and Pink open the level, the Dark Blue run owns the midgame, and the Light Blue tail closes it.
- Watch the rim and the receiver columns: every colored crate fills only with its own color, so save each matching run for the crate it belongs to.
