Marble Sort Level 450 Walkthrough & Solution
Level 450 Board Overview: The Locked and Numbered Tray

Level 450 opens on a full tray with two receivers asking for Light Blue (five tiles) and Dark Green (four tiles) first. The four columns are layered with numbered Blue tiles — 2s and 3s that count as several drops at once — stacked over Pink, Red, Purple, Orange, and Green. Grey ’?’ mystery tiles hide the middle of three of the four columns, and a dark locked tile with a metal lock sits near the bottom of the right-center column, refusing to move until you free its key.
The conveyor below is already loaded with the level’s quirks: a red tile with three indentations, a pink tile with an icy swirl, a yellow dot tile, and rows of yellow and white marbles waiting to feed the board. In the midgame a red funnel pipe connects the belt to the grid, so the queue stops being a straight line — whatever you leave on the belt gets pushed straight back onto the tray.
The core tension is that you cannot see the middle of the board. The mystery tiles and the locked tile are the gatekeepers: reveal carefully, unlock when the key appears, and keep the receivers rotating so no color sits on the belt too long.
The Trap in Marble Sort Level 450
The board is rigged to punish fast, greedy feeding. Here is the layout:
- Numbered Blue tiles double up: the 2s and 3s on the Blue tiles dump several tiles in one drop, which sounds great — until a numbered tile lands in a column you were trying to keep shallow.
- Three grey ’?’ mystery tiles hide the mid-board: Columns 1, 3, and 4 each start with a ’?’ tile buried in the stack, so you cannot plan around what you cannot see.
- A locked tile blocks Column 3: the dark tile with the metal lock will not release until the matching key arrives, so the tiles stacked above it are stuck until the lock opens.
- The funnel feeds the belt back onto the board: the red pipe cycles queue tiles into the grid, so a messy conveyor means the tray refills with colors you just cleared.
Marble Sort Level 450 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Reveal the board before you commit to it. Follow the release order.
Opening: feed the two receivers, then reveal

- Drop the visible Light Blue and Dark Green tiles into their Boxes first — they are the only fully safe plays on the opening tray.
- Play the numbered Blue tiles (2s and 3s) into the Light Blue Box: each one clears several tiles at once, so bank them early.
- Peel the grey ’?’ mystery tiles only when the reveal can feed a Box. If the reveal is Red, Pink, Purple, or Orange, leave the column alone.
- Watch for the lock’s key — the locked tile in Column 3 opens the moment the key shows, and the column above it finally starts moving.
- Feed the conveyor in small batches; the red three-indent tile and the frosty pink tile are unknowns, so do not park them in front of a Box.
Midgame: unlock, reveal, and ride the funnel
The middle of the solve shifts: the Blue Boxes rotate through their 0-marked requests while a green receiver starts asking for Purple, and the funnel pipe starts cycling the belt back onto the board. A locked crate with a key symbol sits in the left column, and grey ’?’ tiles still dot the grid.
- Send Purple into the green receiver as soon as it opens — the purple stacks buried mid-board finally have a home.
- Unlock the crate the moment its key appears; the tiles above and behind it are the last real structure on the tray.
- Play the remaining numbered tiles while their Box is front and center; their multi-tile drops finish a receiver fast.
- When the funnel feeds belt tiles back into the grid, treat them as brand-new columns — re-check colors before you stack anything on them.
- Clear the grey ’?’ tiles one at a time and only when an open Box matches the reveal.
Cleanup: chase the last colors
By the endgame the tray is down to a handful of singles — a Red, a Green, a Pink, two Whites, and the blue 0-blocks — while the collection stacks fill below and the funnel drops the final clusters of Blue, Green, and Yellow.
- Play only to the active front-row receivers; every remaining tile has exactly one correct Box.
- Let the funnel finish feeding the last Blue, Dark Green, and Light Green clusters — wait for each drop to land before moving on.
- Feed the blue 0-blocks as their requests cycle around; they behave like normal tiles once the counter is satisfied.
- Clear the final singles in order and let the tray empty. The level completes when the last tile lands.

Level 450 Tips Recap
- Bank the numbered Blue tiles early — the 2s and 3s clear multi-tile chunks into the Light Blue Box.
- Reveal the grey ’?’ mystery tiles only when the color underneath has an open receiver.
- Free the locked tile as soon as its key appears — it holds the column together.
- Watch the funnel: the conveyor feeds back onto the board, so keep the queue clean or the tray refills.
